Not making any new progress
When I first started PE, I was 6” NBP. I’ve been stuck at 6 3/4” NBP EL for quite some time, now. I took a small break from PE and started back recently. I’ve been doing 50 dry jelqs (slow, 10 seconds per jelq) M-F and I’ve seen no change, nothing. In the past, I’ve done hanging and clamping and nothing there either. I’d love to hear some suggestions.
