I think I may have been kegelling in reverse all this time. When I clench, I can stop a flow of urine, and make my penis shorter when flaccid.

Am I kegelling the wrong way round?

I don’t think I have ever been great at isolating the Kegel/Reverse Kegel muscles.

When I kegel (feeling of “STOPPING urine”), I feel like I am squeezing my prostrate gland.

When I reverse (“PUSH urine”) my stomach distends (like I am forcing my belly out)…

Any tips on isolating these movements? Does it matter?
