Not getting any gains, advice?
I’ve been working on the Newbie routine 4 days a week (on/off) while in the shower for about 6 weeks now and I haven’t seen any progress. I’m rather disappointed but I want to keep going and gain at least 1/2 inch length and 1/2 inch girth. Seems reasonable I suppose. I’m about 5 3/4” BPEL and 4.5” girth. Short of doing the technique wrong, is it just the case that I may not be able to gain? Am I expecting too much too soon?
