Not Gaining From Clamping?

About 2 weeks although I took a 3 day break just a couple days ago just to rethink a routine and post on here.


Started roughly: 6.3 x 4.4

5/21/2015: 7.2 x 5.3

3/06/2017 (have not done PE for 12+ months) 7 x 5 - 5.1

Yes I completed about a 2 month newbie course where I would add jelqs each each, gained to about 6.8 bp. I continued to do jelqs and added jelq squeezes, didn’t work as great and I was getting fatigued and having bad PI’s. I continued to have bad PI’s due to terrible self made routines until now where I have all positive PI.

I also was abusing creative really bad and lost a ton of size when getting off of that went from 5.2 girth and 7.4 ish bp to 4.8 girth sometimes .9 to 7 nbp and probably 7.2 bp

Just make sure you edge at the end of every routine.

You are still having bad PI’s with your current routine, as you are losing girth.

It sounds like you were growing on your newbie routine but then decided to change it, which made you lose size.

I gained both length and girth clamping, but I also had an aggressive routine. I gained in about a year. I am currently 8.5 BPEL X 6.375 EG. I have not PE’f in years and have not lost any gains.

Yes I suppose that’s right but I swirched because I wasn’t seeing a huge gain but now I wish I didn’t.

I mean I was using 15g a day give or take a g. I was bloated really bad and was having kidney and colon issues as well as having eq problems and no sexual drive.

I’ve read your posts and they were very interesting, what would you recommend for clamping routines and any tips?

To start out slowly with short period sessions for now. You must learn to put on the clamp effectively. I think I have that in my thread, about putting on the clamp effectively. I will try to find it for you.

Just an update from last night, dick felt great, easy erections as usual, measured around 7.2 nbp and 4.9 girth so that’s pretty good I guess haha. Edged for 20 minutes then came. Going to clamp tonight, just got back from gym and about to hop in the pool! Good day today, real good vibes. Feeling good.
