Not a constant schedule

I don’t stick to a complete schedule when i stretch, and i use various speeds when i jelq, every now and then i stop cos i worry and slap my penis on my leg incase the blood isn’t being pumped properly, should i be worried about this?

And also, why does it hurt the head of my penis when i do the upward stretch? it feels extremely painful, like im crushing something.. the other stretches feel fine. The key is to keep niceeeeeee and hot.
