Well, this sucks, I thought I had made some girth gains over last few months, but it looks like something isn’t going as good as I thought!
I bought this tailors tape and measured my girth, and I was right back down to 5.5! Actually a little under!
Could I be losing girth?? I doesn’t look good for me fellas!
I guess I need a new girth routine! I would like to try clamping, could someone fill me in on some details?
I currently jelq for 30 minutes, but I guess it’s just not working like I thought.
I use to measure with a piece of string and a tape measure, but that tailors tape has got me down!
I just wonder if should try 3 days on 1 off, instead of just every other day?
