I squeezed my penis too hard, yet I didn’t feel any bad pain. I’ve now damaged my penis and have a very low level of desire. Would anyone guess what has happened? What can a urologist do?

I can get an erection and have orgasms
My erections are very very slow
My peak hardness is 90% of maximum
I start to lose my erections in a few seconds of no stimulation
I don’t feel much of the desire that triggers and sustains an erection. When I’m soft, there’s no spark
My mind still thinks sexual thoughts, but I don’t feel the desire in my penis that perpetuates those thoughts unless I’m hard and masturbating

What supplements can help with nerve repair of the penis? Herbs such as tribulus increase testosterone, but heal penile nerves?

I am by no means an expert in this.

How long ago did you hurt yourself? My suggestion is to leave your penis alone for awhile and give it a chance to heal.

I first damaged it ages ago in 2003 and it hasn’t returned back to normal. This is further damage. Die penis die! Hahaha :D

This problem sounds similar to the Marcus injury, at least you can have erections… :)

The bad is, you haven’t had progress on that, don’t you?

I feel as though my testosterone levels may have dropped. How could clamps and jelqs have caused a reduction of my testosterone levels? What exactly could have been damaged?

I had the same problem for a couple of months until a short while ago. Then I changed to shorter jelqing sessions, stopped clamping and stopped watching porn while jelqing, and it quickly went back to normal.

Got an idea.

If you want to know if you have a reduction of your testosterone levels, go to your doctor and ask for an hormonal analysis.

I will do it, is very useful to know if you really have a problem.

Will do. I have noticed that I’m not as motivated to be successful, alpha, and confident, so I’m assuming there is an actual drop in testosterone somewhere.

I wonder if the nerves in the penis that make us feel our libido help testosterone spread to the rest our bodies?

My erections have been improving. Here’s what I’ve been doing:

Masturbating and having an orgasm everyday to stimulate the nerves fully.
Seeing if I can become erect with brief showings of porn.
Yesterday I did lymphatic drainage type massages starting at the base and going up the shaft. This seemed to help the most because I actually noticed I was having morning erections and today, my erections have been quite hard.

I think my damage was to the nerves on top of my CCs. I used to be able to feel the hardening of the CCs when I became erect, and that feeling would make it inevitable that I would get 100% hard. It appears to me that this sensation maybe a part of a positive feedback loop that increases bloodflow to make erections fast and hard.

I’ve found that I get my hardest erections from reading erotic stories. Hopefully porn will do it for me again someday. If it doesn’t, my worry is that my girlfriend won’t be able to turn me on once I become accustomed to her (not that I have a GF at the moment).

You have morning wood, you can get an erection just by reading stories and you masturbate everyday…it doesn’t seem like you have that big of a problem.

Just be careful with the everyday jerking off, especially if you need a lot of physical stimulation to get hard. This can lead you to not being able to get hard without a lot of stimulation which can result in both ED and premature ejaculation. So avoid giving yourself a 30 sec. quicky everyday and I’m sure everything will be ok.

I may get hard (I’m in my 20’s and I get hard like an old man), but I don’t feel desire anywhere like I did before my injury. Pictures of naked women just don’t hold much interest for me when normally they would. There’s been a dramatic change. The first few days of my injury were REALLY bad, however erections seem to be getting better. But I’m not sure if my libido will improve much.

I’m adding light erect kegels to my recovery routine because those provide the hard feeling in the CCs.

BTW, I don’t do 30 second quickies and I’m uncut, so there’s not much chance of over stimulation :)
