So i posted a little while back about losing my PIs. Well I started using a lighter grip during jelqs and a longer warm up and was hanging much longer and plumper than ever. Then I took a rest day and came back doing everything the same and now I feel like my flaccid is back to the same original girth maybe even a little thinner. The only thing that was different was my wrap was a little hotter. Can anyone steer me in the direction to getting things back on the right track? By the way I’m into about my 3rd week of actually doing the newbie routine correctly. As always thanks for the help.

PI’s are not always ‘linear’. Sometimes they go through a particularly good or bad patch. Just keep going at the Newbie Routine for a while longer.

If your PI’s are constantly good for a while, increase the amount you are doing a little. If they go through a bad patch, decrease it a bit. That’s what your physiologic indicators are for: to know how much you can do and recover from between workouts, at any time. They can be affected by diet, stress etc.: all the things that can affect how well you recover from your PE.


Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.

Rest days are very important for PE. So that your dick can have a chance to grow. Negative PI’s is indicative of no growth.

Yes, thanks for the help guys. I think I’m just going to give my little guy an extra couple days of vacation.

Just wanted to give a little update. I took a day off then did 50 jelqs today. My flaccid looked no different but when I got hard I measured about .125” greater in both directions. Definitely was not expecting that.

Along with what firegoat said, hormone levels affect PE as well, sometimes you will just recouperate better than others.
