No girth gains in over a year

So I was entering this months measurements and I just realized that my girth has been 4.6” since February 2009 >:<

The length has been steadily increasing but girth is just not changing. If I don’t fix this I’m going to eventually end up with a 7 x 4.6. Which is the long skinny dick that all women hate :(

Jelqing, clamping, pumping. I’ve done them all off and on but I’ve gained less than half an inch in girth since I joined this site years ago.

What do I have to do to see some girth gain?


Start 5.25 BPEL x 4.36 EG

Current 6.2 BPEL x 4.60 EG

I use heat as a warm up.

Are you consistent with girth exercises? That can be a problem sometimes. Maybe try some jelqing first to make the tunica as malleable as possible before clamping? Maybe take a decon break first depending on how intense your PE has been over the last few months?

I always wondered if:

-perhaps some guys have a weaker, thinner longitudinal tunica layer making them natural length growers
-other guys with a relatively weaker, thinner circular tunica are natural girth growers
-others are lucky in both departments because all tunica layers are thin and,
-others are unlucky in both departments because all tunica layers are not very malleable

So, this doesn’t have as much to do with the type of PE exercises as we may think. Or maybe I’m just writing nonsense.


Starting Size: April, 28, 2010: NBPEL-7" Girth-6" (base, MSG, glans)

Currently: BPEL-8" NBPEL-7.25" Girth-6.25" (base)/6.125" (MSG)/6.125" (glans)

I think that you should explain which are your routines and if you are constant with them.

Yes, let’s have some more detail on your routines. I have made substantial girth gains from pumping, so I am surprised that you haven’t gained at least some girth from this part of your routine.

try bundled stretches. these stretches stretch both tunica layers. try it for a few weeks then change to normal gith work. I have done bundled stretches from the beginning and gained over 2 inches in girth in a short time and I did not even wanted or focus on girth. it was just a nice present.

Wurst: What was your starting girth? What was the “short time” you gained the 2 inches of girth in?

Centimeters I could believe, but 2 inches increase in girth? That would be huge growth even over a fairly lengthy period of time.

That is ridiculous, your not measuring correctly. Concentrated ulis will help your girth improvement.

I remember Wadzilla saying that it is a lot easier to “overtrain” with girth exercises than it is length exercises. In other words your unit needs more recovery time with girth exercises.

something between 13 and 13,5 cm and if I remember right most of the gains came in the first year. that’s when I did the bundled stretches.
