I’ve been PE-ing for the last 3 months, and I still can’t see any gains.
I must admit that I don’t have any schedule, and I PE then and now.
I stretch daily, for 3-4 times (30 sec - 1 min), and I jelq during the morning shower (50-70 jelqs) one time in 2-3 days.
I also pump for 20 minutes once a week
My dick feels stronger and healthier, also my BPEL has increased from 6.5 to 7 inches. But my NBPEL is still the same. 6 inches.
Can you please tell me how to get to 7inches NBP in the next 3 months?
