Hi,

I’ve been PE-ing for the last 3 months, and I still can’t see any gains.

I must admit that I don’t have any schedule, and I PE then and now.
I stretch daily, for 3-4 times (30 sec - 1 min), and I jelq during the morning shower (50-70 jelqs) one time in 2-3 days.
I also pump for 20 minutes once a week
My dick feels stronger and healthier, also my BPEL has increased from 6.5 to 7 inches. But my NBPEL is still the same. 6 inches.

Can you please tell me how to get to 7inches NBP in the next 3 months?

You need to lose the fatpad to increase your NBP. When supplemented with a good diet, green tea is very effective at reducing a fatpad.

If you added .5 inches in the first 3 months, you have done well indeed considering how light your routine is. As aom91 suggests, losing body fat is necessary to decrease the fat pad thickness, which will definitely give an immediate increase in NBPEL.

Follow aom92’s dietary suggestions, discipline yourself to a regular routine, watch your PIs and the gains will come.

raoul: also, that is a pretty light routine - good that you ahve started out slowly, to condition yourself, but you are probably have to going to be more aggressive to get good gains.

Try very carefully starting to clamp for girth, and hang for length. VERY carefully for awhile, though.


*I measure PRE-WORKOUT, normal erection* Started: 7 EBP x 4.9 EG. Several years on and off PE, now 8.125 EBP length x 5.5 EG midshaft (5.8 base). Working on girth (clamping) again after breaks due to injuries - fast recent gains! Pics
