No Gains in 6 months!

I started PE about a year ago - November 10th 2006. I received my Fast-Size (noose-based) Extender and by May 2007 had logged over 650 hours with the product mostly near its maximum tension force. I was becoming very injury prone since I was using it at very high tension. I then ran across MonkeyBar’s vac products and been using them ever since. I worked 40 hour work weeks over the summer and wore the vac-extender in around the waist ADS mode practically every hour while at work, and also at home between extender sessions. I then got the Vac-Hanger in August and since then have been logging 10+ hours a week of hanging at around 13 lbs and up to 18 lbs in a few sessions.

Last November I was 6” NBP and 5.25” girth. By April of this year I had got a 6.25” NBP measurement and have been around that point ever since at full erection. Although most times I measure it’s more like 6” unless I measure at the very peak of stimulation. Since then I haven’t measurably gotten any bigger although I’m more reliably at the 6.25” mark.

The point is I gained about a 1/4” with the Fast-Size over by using it over 500 hours. I haven’t gained shit since discontinuing using it. The vac-products are so far superior in comfort and I kept getting injuries using the noose based extender. I even turned to hanging thinking that couldn’t fail but I have gotten shit from hanging in over 100 hours of heavy weight (for a vac-hanger). I must note I’ve never used heat as I feel that getting your dick all wet with a hot cloth interferes with using a vac product. I feel like I spend an unreal amount of time and effort with PE and haven’t gotten a fraction of the gains that people talk about on here. Anyone else been this dedicated with nothing to show for it?

I have not gained nothing the last year of my PEing. I had some impressive gains my first year as a newbie and then I stopped gaining. But I still look for the ways to gain more. The easiest thing to do for me was just to quit. But I would rather keep searching and trying and have a hope to gain more one day. I think you just need to change something in your routine. I am not the most experience person to give you advice hear but I would look for other ways. It helped me.

I’m convinced that heat is an important factor in the equation. There are a couple of threads that contain pretty solid evidence supporting this. one is the “science of flexibility” thread, and another is the stickied thread at the top the hangers forum. Both cite references showing that heat combined with stretching, then cooling down in the stretched state, is the optimal way to go.

Also, do you jelq? Have you tried the newbie routine, or mem’s recommended routine?

Sorry if I’m stating obvious stuff, I’m still just a new guy who’s been reading like a maniac over the past several weeks. Just trying to be helpful.

Could have gained in BP length but because you don’t measure you probably didn’t notice.

No moral to the story really. You asked if “Anyone else been this dedicated with nothing to show for it?” So I thought that thread might shed some light on the situation in terms of other members here who have also had difficulty gaining. I’m sure you will be fine though, you still have many avenues to explore.

Ummm yeah you need to use heat dude. Please use heat pre workout religously! Also, I accept the fact and congratulate you on all those hours of wear time with ADS, but I’m pretty sure it has been stated here that you won’t even see gains without at least 1000 hours of wearage so it looks like you’re doing pretty good. Also, I know you wore the ADS a lot, but maybe you didn’t wear it in long enough periods of time to reach the plastic deformation range or whatever. Maybe if you wore it for 12 hours a day you will see more gains.

Try hard kegeling while you stretch, with a quick release that creates a small tugging motion, I’ve gained about 1.5” in length this way.

It may sound silly but… have you tried the newbie routine? :)

P.S.: Keep your track by measuring BP, it’s more accurate.

I’ll second that: I’ve seen an inch of BP growth and little or no NBP growth. So I’m either growing and can’t see it, or I’m wearing a groove in my pelvic bone with my ruler. Nah, I’ll go for growing.

I wanted to update this. I took three weeks off, then started manual stretching and jelqing, including doing squeezes. I’ve basically been trying to do Mem’s routine. It’s been just over a week and I measured an extra 1/4” in girth. My erections suck though. I had great erections during my break - they have definitely went downhill since I started PEing again.

I’d try the heat too if I were you - there is good science behind it (heating, stretching, staying stretched for awhile - then cooling in the still-stretched state). Doctors have used that to stretch ligs.


*I measure PRE-WORKOUT, normal erection* Started: 7 EBP x 4.9 EG. Several years on and off PE, now 8.125 EBP length x 5.5 EG midshaft (5.8 base). Working on girth (clamping) again after breaks due to injuries - fast recent gains! Pics

Heat, heat, heat. You can get your dick hot using many methods. And just because you get it hot under water don’t mean you can’t dry it off before you do your routine. Heat is KING as far as I’m concerned. It will also decrease injuries in my opinion.

Also, going to hanging first (especially after you’ve been spending time injury prone) is a mistake in my opinion.

Get into jelqing and manual streching and manual fulcrum stretching WITH HEAT and I think you’ll see some gains- do it after a decon break of 1 month though.
