New idea.

I did a search and didn’t see this discussed. I can’t post new threads, so I will post this here.

After I take a shower whether I’m hanging or turtling, I dry off and wrap my towel around me and then lean into the counter top while shaving, moisturizing, popping zits.. Whatever.. And then when the towel comes off, I am hanging nicely (for me).

I have also noticed that if I tighten my butt cheeks while doing anything with my penis.. Stretching, hanging, playing.. Whatever.. It is a little bit longer..

I am 35 and have a bulging gut.. Not really fat so much, but un-toned.

So.. My conclusion is that by tightening at least the lower abdominal muscles and/or buttocks by exercising, the tunica is forced out.. Kind of like a hernia situation.. In a hernia, you get a little rupture in the abdominal wall and your guts leak through and then you get a big bulge in your groin somewhere.

This theory means that if you hold your intestines in with tighter abs and/or buttocks (preferably both), the turtling will be limited.. Your dick won’t have anywhere to go.. It can’t go inside if your insides are held tightly in place by strong abs and buttocks.. Maybe even lower back muscles.

This seems like it could provide gains without any PE exercises.

I have also made a device that is basically a strap that wraps around my hips above the pelvic bone and I have a wristwatch holder from inside a watch box strapped firmly to this strap so it presses in directly above my penis above my pelvic bone. It seems to be helping me. Without this device, I seem to turtle quite often. I personally feel that if turtling is prevented then the simple effects of gravity will assist in long term gains.

Just my theory, but I have now decided to hit my abs hard.. Especially lower abs.

Another thing.. I am going through a divorce and started seeing a girl and ended up with a pair of her boxer underwear. They are tight on my waist. I always have worn tight boxer briefs. I firmly believe, now, that boxers allow for much better hanging and less turtling. I need to buy some. I just cut a hole in my boxer briefs, today, and the hanging seems better. I don’t care if I get a little dribble on my pants.. Just no skidmarks. But the reason I always went for boxer briefs over boxers was because they didn’t have the open front. The open front is a big helper imho.

I’d love to read what other members think.

I am happy to report that I am now measuring 6.5+ length on every measure! That’s a solid 1/4 gain in length in about 2 weeks (don’t forget that I hung all summer to no gains though - that probably had something to do with it).

I make a Fraken-extender with parts of my Fastsize and Vac-Extender. I basically rigged up a way to incorporate the spring-loaded posts from my commercial extender into my Vac-Extender. I stretch at full spring compression a few hours a day, and then at the end I do a jelq session.

My jelq sessions usually aren’t much more than a bit of manually clamping and squeezes with masturbation. I really suck at jelqing and can’t get down a good technique. I’m starting to think my hands aren’t big enough (I have short fingers).
