What do you mean by “staying stretched for a while”? Just leaving the piece after manual stretching or jelqing?

Also how do you cool it whilst keeping it in a “still stretched state”?

Have you tried some plain old jelqing?

Anyone?

Sorry to bump but I am still awaiting an answer?

To the people who advice heat.I don’t know what you mean? I do my warm up with an hot wash cloth. While I do my stretching, I can not use this method. How can you do your routine and heat your unit the same time?

I took a three week no PE break and have since been jelqing closely according to mem’s routine for about 5 weeks now. I have increased in girth a tad bit, probably a hair under 1/4” gain. I have still had zero length gains. People on here always talk about their unit being “sore” after there manual routine. I have never experienced any soreness whatsoever, and only had mild red dots for the first week or so mainly because of the squeezes. Should your unit be sore, and if so how the hell do you do it?

PE START (11/10/07) 6.0 NBP x ~5.1 CURRENT (3/07/08) 6.75 NBP x 5.5 - 7.25 BPEL

1/4" with Noose extender (11/06-03/07) - Zero gains with Vac-hanging/Extender and ADS (05/07-11/07) -

1/2" gain with modified Vac-Extender (/w spring loaded compression bars) and manual routine since 1/10/08. ----- Having erection issues? Get off the aspartame! I did and a couple months later my cock is hard as a rock!

I decided to paste this from another one of my threads thinking it may be relevant:

I’ve been actively PEing for over a year and have not produced ANY extra shaft skin. I thought it was normal to have some within a short period of time. The little bit of growth I’ve had seems to have just pulled more body skin onto my shaft and at the same time given me quite a turkey neck if you purposely pull on the underside of the shaft.

I feel that the lack of shaft skin is hindering my growth. I have a long white line running from my sack up to almost my glands on the understand of my shaft. This line wasn’t there pre-PE, I figure it came from using the noose extender I originally started PE with. If you pull on this mark it pulls out as turkey neck sack skin. Whenever I stretch I feel the pressure riding along this line. Any insights?

I decided that I would put my .02 in:

I believe heat is VERY important and is essential!! I use a little Lasko 5420 ceramic heater. I honestly don’t know if this is the best method to apply heat (a rice sock is probably best before your workout), but during manual stretches and even Ulis, the heat feels like it has helped out a lot. I have only began to be consistent with manual stretches for the past two weeks along with Ulis and I feel like I am already seeing results, although I haven’t measured.

I have been doing PE on and off for about a year and a half and have tried pumping, manual stretches, and even hanging. But since I have been doing manual stretches for longer holds (5-10 minutes) and Ulis while heat is being applied, I feel this is MUCH more beneficial that just doing a warm-up and then having no heat during the workout. That is just my opinion, though.

Also, I am fortunate to have the Redi-Stretcher. I honestly don’t know how I could get a good manual stretch without it.

May I suggest that you take a long deconditioning break, e.g. 3 months.

The put your focus on girth rather than length for a year or so.

After yet another deconditioning break you might want to restart a length schedule. If you decide to hang, start at very low weights and increase progressively. Use only one hanging angle. When you are at your highest weight, restart very low at a different angle.

This is only an example. It will take about three years. No gains granted.

Use heat.

Measure bone pressed and non bone pressed.

Measure girth (base, middle, glans).

So you will have 5 measurements and can enjoy changes in whichever they occur.

Good luck.

I think you may need to totally review your exercises. You may be jelqing at too high an erection level, with too hard a grip. You may need to stretch in different directions. Review your use of heat, and what heating method you use. There could be so many reasons why your not gaining, maybe even because your doing too much PE.

Erect: 7.625" BPEL and 4.875" EG BPFSL: 8.063 Short Term Goal: 7.75" x 5 Long Term Goal: BP 8.5 x EG 5.75

My belief is that yous should start using the sole thing that gave you length gains:extender.

But, this time, use the right approach: extenders haven’t to be used at high degree of tension - this is believed to be counter-productive, actually.Start using a tension that pull your penis at a length 1”+ than NBPFL, going straight for 2 hours sets. Than add 1/5 ” each week.

I see that you all focus a lot on heat, let’s admit that it is boring, especially for those who don’t have full time to dedicate to PE, well, my question is: do we need to heat also before Jelqs? I know that a routine should consist of heat - stretch - jelq but what if somebody wants just to jelq, still need to heat the unit?

Thanks

Heat it up, man.

You get the same results at less effort, or better results with the same effort.

Or you may heat during pe: under the shower, in the jacuzzi.

I agree, using heat is definitely going to make things more likely to stretch and expand. The other thing is, a stretcher is causing tissue deformation. You should be feeling a dull burn in the tunica. I’m using MB’s vac extender and started using the v-stretch mechanism. The fatigue was great, but eventually, I stopped getting deep fatigue in my tunica. My ligs were taking some stress, though.

I went to manual pulling and reverse kegeling again and was getting some wicked stress in the ligs.

I’m back to using the vac extender in the straight stretcher position and I’m achieving lots of fatigue to the tunica. Sometimes, to add even more stress, in an effort to increase the previous days effort and to combat healing, I will pull on the end of the extender to add more of a stretch.

What I’m trying to get at is: Except for people who have really weak connective tissue and put on an inch or two jelqing, this takes a long time and requires increased intensity in the long run. The tunica is a bitch to lengthen, but as long as the stress increases accordingly and you’re feeling the fatigue, progress carries on.

Heat shouldn’t be the problem here. There are a lot of guys here including myself who have gained nicely without heat.
Ill list some possible reasons for not gaining. If any of these apply to you just give a shout.

Workouts aren’t intense enough. ( I have a feeling this could be it. Not getting sore at all is a good indicator.)

Not increasing the intensity of your workout sessions. ( As your do exercises your penis will become accustomed to these forces. The easiest way to introduce new forces is to lift the intensity of your current exercise. Either more pressure, slower strokes or more strokes).

Not doing the exercises properly. ( Using an extender is just about impossible to do incorrectly. The extender is what gave you your gains. Maybe your not applying enough pressure with your jelqs. Maybe your not stretching hard enough. A good stretch session should give you lig burn in each direction).

Working out too often and not giving your unit enough time to recover and grow.

To be bigger than I was yesterday
