Newbie Routine's extent

Hey guys i’m here with another question again go figure. Well i’m a pretty average guy, 5.8 to 6 inches, and i want to get to like 7.5. Don’t get me wrong 8 would be great but… we will just see.

Ok so i was wondering if I were to fallow the newbie routine how far would that get me in gains? If i stick to just it will i get to where i want to be?

Estimates on the extent of the newbie routine appreciated.

You should stick to the newbie routine for a while to let your penis get used to the new stresses. Everyone is different, in terms of gains achieved but consistent workouts will, over time get results.

I do a short 15 minute routine in the morning, and one at night. That has resulted in increase of 5/8 inches length in one month.

As other people have said before, it’s not a race. PE does work, and if you put the time and energy in, you will see results. Good luck on your quest!

My life will be complete with an 8X6.

I still do a “maxed out” newbie routine (about 35 min jelq and 25 min of stretching) after 16 months, I’m still gaining.
