Newbie routine to less is more approach

Has anybody gone from the newbie routine (because of no gains) but started gaining when trying the less is more approach? I tried the newbie routine for a while and didn’t gain but I’m thinking about doing less and see if that works.

Wise. The newbie routine is maybe a bit too much for many.

Take a week or two off before starting the ‘less is more’ routine, otherwise all the routine will do is hang onto the conditioning built up from the old routine. A mini decon break should allow you to get the best results from your new routine.

Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.
