What everybody needs to consider is the various tissues that your dealing with. Not only are you trying to stretch the ligaments here but you also have to consider the time element for tissue growth. The tunica is very slow to grow and then nerves and blood vessels don’t develop quickly either. Obviously when Ligaments get stretched then other things begin their development. Thinking slow is necessary to prevent such things as a Thrombosis of a vain. When you get over enthusiastic, especially with jelqing, your creating a lot of pressure. That pressure needs to be moderated or it can cause damage. Read around a little and see how many guys have discoloration (a low form of damage).
So I guess my advise is, as others have encouraged in many threads:This is a long process. You’ve started on a process that could easily stretch into a few years of routines and exercises so don’t get the mindset that it is going to happen overnight, but have faith that “It will happen”
