New Way To Jelq For Better Results
I was thinking as to why I have not produced and ‘definite’ results through Jelqing. I am after more girth if anything. I have thought of a way to possibly improve my Jelq session, and would appreciate some feedback!
I’m assuming, as with muscle cells, that penile tissue cells become considerably more malleable throughout a training session. I thought to myself, there must be a point along the jelq session where the cells become so malleable due to the constant pressure of blood, that they can be pushed over there normal expansion limits, and become over-sized. This is what most of us agree to be the cause of length and girth gains, correct?
At the moment I warm up for 10, stretch for 15, and Jelq for 20. I thought to myself ‘maybe I am not reaching that critical point where over-expansion becomes possible?’.
Maybe I should be jelqing for around an hour, so I know that I have hit that point?
Also, I was thinking that I should apply more pressure gradually throughout the sessions? What I mean is, start off light for 10 minutes, medium pressure for 40, and heavy pressure for the last 10 minutes for example. I am thinking that this extra pressure would accommodate for the cells temporary size increase.
What do you guys think? Does anyone else have the same theory?
