New type of PEing?

When I get hard and I don’t want to be when I’m PEing I push my dick down between my legs. When I do this I notice that it gets really really hard. And when it finally is softer I notice it’s bigger and fuller.
Why is this?
Is this a possible way to PE?
I haven’t noticed it but will it have a negative effect on my dick?

That’s the fastest way to gain length !!! Ballooning plus Fowfer will give you the maximum result.

Hey Otis,

I’m pretty sure that pushing your dick down while hard is what Bird2 calls the «amazing isometrics».

Do a search for amazing isometrics to learn more about it.

Really a new PE exercise I’m going to try that.

I thought I have read that pushing your penis down while fully erect can cause serious damage to your penis? I understand doing a fowler, but I thought that was while you were limp?

Think about that.

What good would it do if you were limp?

It doesn’t cause any damage, but you have to progress to a full fowfer.
You just don’t get hard and sit on it, odds are, you simply wouldn’t be able to on your first of many attempts, because your ligs wouldn’t be stretched enough to allow it.

Maybe not as effective as doing it erect, but I can definitely feel a stretch when tucking it between legs whilst flaccid.

I usually do this before going to sleep so I go to sleep in this position, it’s not uncomfortable for me so can’t see any harm.

OK, I feel a bit stupid now. So fowfering is sitting on your erect dick? Is that a full erection? Becuse I don’t think I can do that.

I always did it flaccid, and it helped with flaccid size.

It’s a stretching exercise. The variation of Bed Fowfers (doing fowfers while lying in bed rather than seated) is useful for keeping your penis ‘at length’ while you’re sleeping. I try to do a little PE before bedtime when possible, and ‘bed fowfer’ to keep things stretched out for as long as possible afterward. It doesn’t last all night, but I think it is somewhat helpful.


For Lampwick, becoming hung like a donkey was the result of a total commitment.

When you push down your hard dick and hold it between your legs it’s like doing a squeeze or clamping. Pushing down a fully erect dick can be risky because the pressure concentrates in the weakest spot of your tunica and can cause damage. It also puts a lot of pressure on the suspensory lig which is good in principle but not without proper control over the amount of pressure.

However solong you know what you’re doing you can get a good expansion going and it’s handsfree :)

I should explain, I call it a fowfer for lack of a better term.

I do these before hanging and after trying to get the pubic bone lig area really warm.

The reason I started doing these is one day I was studying a diagram Westla had posted of the penis, and looking at how the pubic bone lig was attached, it made sense to me to try and stretch it by doing this.

I found at first try, I could not sit on it all the way, lig was too tight. I warmed the area up, and could go much farther, but still was not able to sit all the way down on it.

Each day however I was able to go a little more until I could.

I’ve had no injuries to speak of doing this, but noticed right away, my erection would point considerably lower after these. I never cared about that though, so if you do, I don’t recommend these for you.

I suggest trying it this way if you want to attempt these.

Get a full erection. Push down on it attempting to put it between your legs, as if you were trying to put it under your ass, do not tilt your pelvis back, keep it straight with your body. See how far you can go.

Now, get something to warm the area where your penis attaches to your body and after warming that area sufficiently, get a 100% erection again, and attempt it again.

You should notice you can now go much father back than the first time you attempted it.
Now begin your hanging routine.

Each day, warm the area and attempt it again, you should find with each passing day it goes a little farther back.
As always, be careful, paying attention to any pain, pain means stop.

If you prefer you can call these Riders instead of fowfers, up to you.

NO. Fowfering is done whilst flaccid.

Pushing an erect penis down and attempting to shove it under your legs is asking for serious injury and I wouldnt advise it.
