Pushing an erect penis down and attempting to shove it under your legs is asking for serious injury and I wouldnt advise it.
Slack, I agree that it (pushing an erect penis down) can cause serious injury. But I have been doing it for ten years. I used to have an upward curve which has been turned into a downward. I don’t recommend that exercise for everyone.
I don’t think I’m doing this right. Whenever I push down on my erect penis, my feet lift off the ground. I think they call this “torque”.
I want to remind everyone that pushing down an erect penis can cause serious injury, and your penis can get broken because of the excessive pressure. Slow and steady wins the race. Remember that you have only one penis. If you broke your penis, nothing could replace it. In my case, I have been doing it since I was a teenager (now I am 31).
If you have a downward pointing penis when fully erect, less than 90 degree angle when your penis is perpendicular to your body, will bending your penis upward and kegeling do the same thing?
Started: 6.75" BPEL, 8" (20 cm) BPFSL (1/2015) x 5" (12.5 cm) EG; Current (7/2017): 8" (20 cm) BPEL, 8.2" (20.5 cm) BPFSL x 5.8" (14.5 cm) EG; Gains (7/2017): 1.25" (3.125 cm) EL, 0.2" (0.5 cm) BPFSL x 0.8" (2 cm) EG
I will have to try that new exercise, with the flaccid penis of course.

I know that bird 2 did the excercise with the erect penis pushing downwards while at the same time kegeling. It’s called amazing isometrics and it should expand gain potential.
