Clampers: I have a puffy area, on the back of my shaft around the middle, a little under an inch wide - sort of soft and squishy. Do you think this is blood trapped under the skin from a broken vessel or capillaries? There is no apparent prominent vessel or anything - all is the normal skin color - it is just this puffy area. Sure hope it’s not injury to the tunica, which can lead to scarring, which can lead to Peyronie’s … .

If it was blood it would be darker, like a bruise (Bruises are basically bleeding beneath the skin).

I’m not sure what it could be other than lymph (but I’m just some dude, so please don’t take that as the final word :) (If you’re worried about it it might be worth getting medical advice)).

Penflex: I have had a thrombosed lymph vessel before, where it got hard - but this is different. This is just a puffy and tender section on the back of the shaft. Could be lymph fluid, yes . . but there is no hardened or prominent vessel of any kind, or discoloration. Whatever it is, it came from clamped squeezes.

Ok. Well mine felt similar and was in the same place, but I think mine was a lymph vessel.

Either way, take some time off.

I used to do 10min sets of clamping or pumping, but I had to stop. Now, I’m doing better with 5min sets, then a 5min rest and repeat a couple times.

My lumph tended to go away quickly, but would return quickly too.

Oh my friend my overzealous friend:) I hope it’s just a donut it sure sounds like that. I have had them for years they come and go I get them a lot from hanging also from clamping
