New to PE! how is my routine?
Ok, I am new to PE and to this board. I started PE’ing about 2 weeks ago. I do about 200 to 225 reps jelqing just before I take a shower every night. The I stretch it about 10 times about 4 seconds per stretch. When I lay in bed at night, I stretch it up toward my face and hold it there while doing pc squeezes. I mainly focus on Jelqing but I need to gain length big time. I am 6 inches long in length on a good day and and 5 1/4 in girth.
