New move creates new gains "clajelsting"

I have developed a PE exercise of my own combining many of the things I have learned here and through my own experience that has increased the firmness, size, and girth of my erection in a little over a month.

I am calling this exercise “clajelsting” or if referring to it singularly a “clajelster” move.

I have been doing PE for over a year and have gained over an inch in length and more than 1/2 inch in girth. However for the last several months I was not gaining at all.

For the record I have never hanged, and have never used a clamping device. I have only used manual stretching and jelqing exercises.

I started to vary my exercises and now have developed this exercise which in the last month and a half has added about a 1/4 inch length and almost a 1/4 inch in girth! No bullshit.

Clajelsting is NOT FOR NEWBEES / NOT FOR BIGINNERS / NOT FOR THOSE WITH AN INJURED PENIS! I have strained myself doing this so please be careful.

Here is how clajelsting is done:

1. Stroke yourself with lotion or oil until you get really really hard! (This is critical a semi erection will not work.)

2. When you are at your hardest tighten your abdominal muscles as tightly as you can.

3. While flexing your abdominals CLAMP the base of your penis hard with an OK hand grip. (Your veins in the penis should be very noticable.)

4. Hold that clamp for at least 10 seconds or until your penis starts to deflate which may be sooner or later than 10 seconds. (Remember you are still flexing your abs as well.)

5. Then when the penis stats to deflate or starts going soft begin to jelq slowly forward towards the head. (This is done very slowly, and I recommend an upward jelq towards the belly button. It works better going with the upward angle of the erection than trying to fight it. Still flexing abs.)

6. When you are about 3/4 of the way down the shaft of the penis it should be getting much softer and more deflated. Now, begin to STRETCH the penis outwardly and hold for at least 30 seconds. Your hand will eventually slip and you will be limp at that point.

7. Begin the entire exercise over again. The whole stroke from CLAMP to JELQ to STRETCH should take approximately a minute more or less.

8. I recommend that if you are going to try this exercise to do so first after warm up before all other exercises. You will not have sufficient erection strength to do this after the rest of your routine.

This confuses me.

Thanks for sharing this with us quattot.

I have a few questions:

1) What sort of manual exercises did you do to get your original gains of 1 inch in length and 1/2 inch in girth? Dry or wet jelq? Stretches? How many days a week?

2) Do you just “clajelst” now? … or do you have some days where you do your original PE workout and some days where you do your clajelsting?

3) What kind of a grip are you using in Step 3?

4) How many clajelsts do you do in a single workout?

Sorry for the confusion.

Step 5. After you clamp with your hand and are flexing your abs, your penis will eventually start to get softer or limper deflating. It usually starts getting softer for me at about 10 seconds. At that point I slowly start moving the clamped hand forward very very slowly or as much as you can handle. You move it forward like you are jelqing just slower. This is the same hand you initially clamped with. You are not doing multiple jelqing. This is all one long drawn out motion with one hand. I recommend that you do this motion with whatever angle your erection is in. That is if when you are hard if your erection points up do the motion initially upward. That is why I said I do it in the direction of my belly button.

Step 6. When you are about 3/4 of the way down the shaft of the penis it should be getting much softer and more deflated. Now, begin to STRETCH the penis outwardly and hold for at least 30 seconds. Your hand will eventually slip and you will be limp at that point. In this step you do change the angle of the jelqing motion to one that is pulling outward away from the body. You will not get a super powerful stretch because of the lube, but you will get a stretch in and just hold it for as long as you can. I try for at least a 30 second count.

The only exercises I have ever done prior to this is manual stretching and wet jelqing. I would do this at least 4 to 5 times a week. I saw most of my gains in the first 6 months.

Right now I am only doing clajelsting as my main exercise. However, I will likely incorporate jelqing and stretching back in at sometime in the future.

I am using an underhand ok grip. Palm in underneath the penis, thumb is over the top.

I am up to about 20 +/- 5 total clajelsts in a session. It usually takes me about 45 minutes to an hour depending on my erection strength.

Guy’s be careful doing this. I have had good gains but did strain myself the first few times. You should in my opinion be experienced in PE before doing clajelsting.

I will try it!

The main reason to tighten the abs is because it seems to make the veins in the penis more intense. Thus, forcing more blood into the penis. Also, the stretching part of this move feels more intense when flexing abs.

I just tried this. It feels very strange, but effective and almost seems to replicate clamping in a way that just an ok grip cannot. Great ab workout too.

When you clamp a hard erection, and then slowly move your hand up towards the head, that is just like an uli, isn’t it?

Then you say that when you get 3/4 of the way down the shaft, your penis should be getting softer and more deflated, but if you are forcing blood into the end of your penis, shouldn’t it be getting harder and increasing in pressure, again like an uli?

There’s an ab exercise I learned that might work pretty well while you do this technique… basically you inhale while keeping your stomach from moving outward, and then once you can’t breathe in anymore, you hold your breath and squeeze like hell with your abs. Gives you a wicked blood rush to the brain, and I would figure that it would increase blood pressure in the penis as well.

Be sitting down the first week or so that you try this, though. The first time I did it, I was standing, and nearly passed out and fell down. Also, don’t do this if you have high blood pressure, or weak artery walls. The last thing you need is to have an aneurysm while doing your PE exercises. The EMTs might think you had a little too much fun jacking off.
