New Jelq City!

Ok I tried these properly for the first time and wow! Stretched for 10 mins then did 10 mins of these and my dick was so pliable, It felt incredibly long. Tommorow I’m going to try these first then stretch after and report back.

Was extending but there is no way I can fit the time needed in and was looking for something that’s not to hard on the unit that I can build up over time, think this might be it! I’m weirdly excited :)

Tryed the NJC before stretching and it was pliable but it didn’t feel right in a mental seance I think because I’m so used to stretching first.

What I did try was Dry New jelq citys and they worked and felt more effective to my surprise! Now this is because I’m uncut and I’m using my skin rather than lube but I doubt it would work if your cut.

Some believe it and some don’t. Possibly won’t ever know for sure and its different for everyone I would think anyway.

Anyway did more of these dry and I think while its early stages this is a winner if consistent. Thinking of 12 weeks of these before I start fulcrum stretches again.

The larger the girth, the greater resistance which must be overcome in order to increase length. That is the reason it is often suggested that one consider prioritizing length gains initially.

You can program your training any way you like based on your desires, but just remember that your penis will gain length with more difficulty after substantial girth gains — it’s physics.

I’m not sure that initial girth gains would hinder eventual length gains, but I wouldn’t take a chance on ruining a good opportunity to get longer, unless you are already long enough, and who is there?

Even though it’s an old thread, there are plenty of ppl searching such topics online and this can bring in new ppl, so..

Been PEing for roughly 10 months now with 1/4” gained in girth right after the first month. My overall goal is to get my 5.5” (NBPEL) up to 6.5”. So obviously my main focus is length.

I currently eased up on hanging and now my routine consists of:
20 minutes rice sock
2 - 3 sets of 20 minute hangs (SD) w/10# (w/heat)
5 sets of Pull & Push manual stretches (30 seconds each)
25 regular low EQ jelqs
5 minutes of edging
5 sets of erect bends
5 minutes of edging
25 clamped jelqs, followed by regular jelqs
*Depending on how I feel
5 minutes edging
Erect bends
5 sets of 30 second cold water manual stretches
***2 to 3 days rest
As fatigue sets in with jelqs, I notice my penis begins to stretch. So instead of being roughly at 5.5” it will stretch up to 6” and the occasional 6.5”

Anyone have experience with this?
I am now using chavas jelq and stretch with regular jelqs. And try to make sure every jelq recreates that feel good sensation when first getting erect. Will keep ppl posted after the first month and up to 3.

First, it should be known that on the second and third day off I wear a cock ring throughout the day (ADCR). Just yesterday my girlfriend and I were getting pretty heavy with some preplay action (kissing, fondling, and nipple sucking). Obviously the cock ring got me super engorged and I seemed to have gotten harder than I normally do when by myself (while remaining pointed down in my pants). After a while it began to get uncomfortable and I had to cool off in order to get soft enough to take it off.

Not much later we finished what we had started earlier. My penis was slightly thicker than usual. A major difference was easily noticed when she grabbed my penis at the base to give me some head. I actually had 1/2” more length than usual (and she wasn’t pressing down hard against the fat pad either). She said she was gagging from it while grabbing it for the first time (guess she isn’t used to the length in that way).

But today in the morning when she woke me up getting back into bed naked ready for more action.. It was back to the usual. But I feel majority of my erection this morning was a combination of morning wood (false erection) and fatigue (as I am on the third day off).

There is definitely something different going on with my penis and I hope these are positive PIs indicating length gains.

About my ADCR,
I use the smaller oval end of scissors that has been filed and smoothed out. It is roughly 3/4” in depth by 1” in with and is small enough to stay on while flaccid yet loose enough to not cause restrictions when urinating. If you plan on replicating, I suggest you use the biggest scissors for this.. And make sure it is plastic.

Here are some of my experiences and observations:

Most guys seem to be interested in gaining some length as a top priority. It’s well known that you should target length before going for girth. In my experience, it is true that it can be harder to gain length the more girth you have. So target girth only after getting close to you length goals. (There is a good chance you’ll get some extra girth by doing length-focused exercises anyway.)

“Flaccid” Jelqing, or “the Jelq Stretch”

As far as jelqing for length, my feeling is that most guys are jelqing at an erection level that is too high. What I’m about to say flies in the face of received wisdom. Most instructions for jelqing say 40-50% is the minimum erection level one should jelq at. The videos also show jelqing at 50-70% erection level. I consider this erect jelqing. For me, this jelq is only useful for maintenance. The unit is too hard (rigid) to target length, and not hard enough to really target girth adequately. It is possible that this is only applicable to guys with thicker girth (say 5+), but it is certainly true for me.

The reason it is generally advised not to jelq below 40% e level is the dreaded “baseball bat effect.” This is not an issue for me, since my unit is shaped like a missile and it would take an inch in girth for my upper shaft and glans to match my mid shaft girth. Also, I have seen no evidence of someone who’s got the baseball bat effect from jelqing, and even it is true, I would imagine that targeted girth work like clamping could even out the unit. Also, the way I do it, the pressure of the grip is adjusted throughout the stroke so that there is never enough pressure on the glans and upper shaft to qualify as a girth exercise.

For length, I jelq straight down (SD) at an erection no higher than 20-30%. There should be no rigidity in the unit whatsoever—basically what you want is a “softie”—a unit that looks like a good flaccid hang, but not semi-erect. I do wet jelqs. I use an overhand OK grip, grasp firmly at the base and pull SD. At the beginning of the stroke, there is a strong pull on the ligs/base. About halfway down, the blood in the unit will be expanding the upper shaft and glans. The grip is adjusted so there’s not too much pressure as the stroke is completed and a little back flow is allowed as the opposite hand forms an OK grip at the base for the next stroke.

At the end of the stroke, I stop just behind the glans and hold a stretch in this position, then turn my hand out so that the glans is forming the foot of an L before releasing for the next stroke. Strokes are slow, between five and ten seconds.

How it feels:

Behind the stroke, the tunica and ligs feel like they are being stretched. (I get occasional lig pops doing this.) After the midstroke point, the lower shaft and ligs continue to be stretched while the upper shaft and glans feel mildly expanded. I have to be careful to allow enough back flow that the glans is not too expanded for the final stretch/tug at the end and the grip can be firm enough to really get a good stretch.

I will often pause at various stages of the stroke (1/4 up, 1/2 up, and 3/4 up) and kegel for ten seconds then release and continue. I bend the unit into an L shape as described above and focus on the stretch. When you kegel like this, you are stretching against the tug-back, and when you release you can feel your unit relaxing into the stretch.

Controlling erection level:

With this variation, there is really not a concern with having too low of an erection level. If I’m 100% flaccid (0% erection), which is only very rarely at the very beginning of a session, a few light strokes will give me enough blood to work with, or I can just do SD stretches. 5% e level is enough blood to work with.

If the e level gets above 25%, I grip firmly at the base, do a half stroke, then do a Uli type squeeze while pulling up to get a kind of inverted V stretch with blood trapped in the upper shaft. Or else I push staight down and rotate my hand to get the L shape. Sometime I’ll rotate the unit in a helicopter motion while holding the squeze. After about a minute e level comes back down to manageable levels. Once e level is back down I’ll focus on just stretching to allow the unit to calm down and stay in exercise mode before continuing with the jelqing. Also, if the jelq strokes are starting to cause too much stimulation, I will focuse on pausing at the various stages of the stroke and feeling the stretch without friction, as mentioned above.

O-bend type exercises are also good for bringing e level down. These “Ulis,” squeezes and bends are not intense enough, held long enough, or repeated enough to target girth—they’re just a means of managing e levels while keeping blood moving in the unit.

I think this approach might be the key to gaining length from jelqing, at least for some people. :Shrug:

A lot of members here believe that if they can get in a hundred jelqs, that is a good work out, or schedule jelqing for an hour to an hour and a half. It has been my experience Quality Jelqs are much more effective than Quanity Jelqs. The nice thing about Quality Jelqs is that you do not have to do a hundred, you can do 25 or 30 and in most cases can take only 15 minutes.
