When your about to do some manual exercises, instead of looking at a timer, go to ITUNES or whatever music program you have, and put a bunch of songs on. Lately I have been picking like 7-8, 3-5 minute songs and then changing my stretches when new songs come on, or a few times during a song. Anyway, it makes the workout go way better.

Sweet idea. Throw in songs with a great rhythm and beat and you could get one hell of a workout.

But make sure you put the great songs or else you would come back and say “Hey how to stay hard while jelqing?” LOLZZ… Opps you were talking about stretching, right?

Routine : Manual-V-Inverted V-JAI-BTC stretches (alot of stretches :D ). Wet Jelq, Pumping (once a week to maintain my girth)
It is an idea, yes, but I rather have the timer. It gives me more freedom.
I do a similar thing: I pick out a few songs on a play list and play each one for however long I’m going to stretch or jelq then I change the song manually when I see that time has passed for that exercise. This give you freedom of timing as well as entertainment.
