New Girth Exercise!(?)
This might exist already. Tonight I got a boner and was just messing around and ended up doing this:
I had around a 90% and grabbed at the base underhand grip. Then I put my other hand around my head, but dont squeeze, just rest there. Then I pushed up the shaft just like a dry jelq. My head got so pumped up, what you want to do is hold that first hand as far up as you can and squeeze as hard as you can, then simply push all the blood out of your head. Its like a horse440 but you push a bunch of blood into your head first then make the area thats getting all that blood smaller. After doing this about 10 times my girth swelled up alot, I’ll measure the difference tomorrow. I also noticed that my erections were super hard, like it was a rock I could have broken things with it. Just want to throw the idea out there and see if its safe and effective. I ended up doing probably 5 more and got some small red spots on the shaft, just dont overdo it guys.
