Too true. Anybody heard of Urethral Stenosis or Stricture? Can be pretty bad and may require surgery. Not worth it.

The Clamp looks like a bad Idea to me. Bad design! Besides if you hands aren’t enough there are Cable Clamps for a lot less then that machine. Hell I’d be scared to put my member in something that looked like it could cut it off!! Just food for thought.
