Never PE Under Stress.

Recently I had a very stressful episode with some employees. Needless to say my system was awash in cortisol and adrenaline for 2-3 days. I did my sessions anyway. I feel the recovery rate is poor. When I get mad. My dick shrivels up. Now with the worked out tissues it’s shriveled and achy and feels pretty crummy. Like double shrunk achy dick… I’m sure it will be fine soon but this sucks.

I should have listen to ThoughfulGolds advice and steered clear of PE at this time.

Moral of the story: PE is a activity for when you are feeling good, stay away when you are stressed or depressed!

Then: 6.25" x 4.37" in 8/2009 Are you new to PE? Here's some advice I wish someone had given me when I first started.

My current PE4F pumping project and my balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *8* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

There is a difference between knowing and understanding I guess. Thanks for all that you do TG.

Hence the reasoning for me always listening to a self hypnosis track with subliminal positive reaffirmations on every damn manual sessions I do.

With headphones on for optimal effect, I really recommend self hypnosis and focusing on your breathing while PE’ing.

After starting doing so I always have a massive hang after each session. Zero turtling nor other bad effects.


Stats as of now: 20 cm BPEL/ 14 cm GIRTH. Started out at: 16 cm BPEL/ 11.8 cm GIRTH.

I have been using autogenic training. Look up the first site on google(looks like it’s from 1995) but after a session of getting into that relaxed state and giving myself the affirmations every part of my body is totally relaxed. My flaccid reached max length and has a pillowy nature. Perfect for PE. I mean perfect.

When I’m stressed I have to wrestle with my cock to get a decent stretch!

There’s a study, damned if I recall the title, where it was found that employees under stress didn’t recoup from stress by simply relaxing (at work or home). They did however find that people whom were allowed new and novel activities in their employment experienced less stress and we’re more resilient against it.

I’ve a few more medical anecdotes, even from myself. But the point - stress is something you need to actively work away from.

That is sooo true. I’m in a shitstorm/possible divorce with my wife and have that anxious adrenaline feeling for days. I can barely get wood and it sure is turtled and it won’t stretch well either. Rest days from the gym too. You’ll pull an actual muscle there!

I definitely agree with this. EQ is tied so tightly to your mental state.

Another possibility: when you’re stressed, you might take out your stress on your unit, harming it. Much like vigorously squeezing one of those stress balls.

Hi man, some time ago I posted my gains and training way in different thread, but got no replies at all :/ Still wondering am I do it ok or do something risky. I do this. I work on Wall Street for a financial firm and extreme stress is the norm. Many times I find myself taking out my anger and stress out during PE. I’ll try the relaxation technique you guys are talking about. I will say, those moments when i am fully calm and relaxed, which does not happen often, I have a fairly good flaccid hang (~5.25 x 4.5). Most days I am the same size as what is on my signature.

its pretty interesting to read TG recommend not even PEing at all on those days. I know that for the gym, they say the days you don’t feel it the most or are the least motivated, are actually the most important days.

But for PE, considering how much it could affect your routine, this makes a lot of sense. Note taken. Good thread Kavemonster, you tend to do that. Lol

I think it’s dangerous to think that your mental state affects the size of your penis. Can it affect bpfsl -no. Can it affect maximum bpel -no. You can meditate all day long and your penis will not grow one mm. Or you can put on an extender all day long and this is a method proven to make your penis longer both flaccid and erect.

Again the smallest your penis ever gets is the true flaccid length -panicking over the percieved smallness of your true fully flaccid is not productive. Myself I have accepted my flaccid is very small when fully flaccid. People like to use the euphemism “turtled” for fully flaccid to excuse the fully flaccid size.

I can tell you if PE was as cut and dried as you say, only 1 method would work and mindset wouldn’t matter. I can say I’ve watched people wear extenders 10+ hours daily and gain no a thing but chafing. The “one true path” to penis enlargement attitude belies that it started well before and has progressed past traction devices.

It is a proven fact that mindset affects arousal and blood pressure as well as stress levels. All of which have physical effects on the penis. Cortisol has numerous side effects and literally is a hormone we produce while stressed that damages us. I think it is dangerous to ignore that, given every depressed person to ever post anywhere only posts injuries while chasing gains to remove them from depression.

It is fine you feel and function that way. It is unreasonable to expect others to, especially when it is always positive and self-assured guys posting about gains and with pictures. It’s an easy trend to note and if being pragmatic works for you, more power to you but respect the path others take to the goal line.

Additionally, your insistence on how flaccid size is measured doesn’t even mirror medical standards. It is simple opinion, rather closed-minded at that. Turtling is a thing. More common when injured I don’t see anyone in any context provoking this reaction for any measurement value. It has none.

The fact that ED often times is simply due to mental issues wether it’s depression, stress, anxiety or all of them, that should be enough evidence to clearly support the idea that your mental state plays a big role in penis enlargement.

And quite frankly, your mental state plays a huge role with everything in life. Our brain is the source of the reality we live in. Mentality is everything.
