Nesbit?

I ran a search for some information on the nesbit procedure but I didn’t quite find what I was looking for. I am going to use PE mainly to straighten my downward curve, but I am also considering going under the knife to fix this problem. I have two questions. First, is there anyone here who has had the nesbit operation, and if so were you satisfied with it? Secondly,due to the nature of the operation my penis will be shortened considerably, anywhere from 1 to 1.5 inches, can I still PE afterwords to get back to and perhaps even surpass my original length of 8 inches. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

PE stretches the tunica. The shape of your erections is defined by tunica. So by doing PE you should be able to stretch the bottom part of tunica more and fix the curve. It will take some time. Don’t do the surgery. Also how do you know it’s gonna be straight after the surgery? But it’s goinna be sorter for sure :)

How bad is your downward curve that you would want surgery?

It is almost a 90 degree angle. Not bent, but curved.
