The only thing I think would counteract this is downward stretching - against the direction of the creep. You’d think that skin is easier to stretch than the organ itself, but I haven’t been successful. Probably not doing it nearly enough. But stretching the ballsack should help, in theory.

Interesting. I’m also discolored now, I guess you could call it pinkish/brown, and have an 1/8th to 1/4 inch brown circle just below the glans as well.

I have seen guys pumping their ball sack, I never saw any point in it, and found it gross to some extend, but I can tell you one thing for sure, they they pumped their scrotum to the size which could accomodate a grapefruit.. Perhaps some light pumping could expand the skin just enough for it to hang normally?

I have been trying to stretch my skin separately…when I am doing manual stretches, I also pull down on the loose skin to try to grow some more shaft skin length. Turkey neck is hiding some of my gains, and I want to show them off to full advantage!

The main negative: the time! I spend 2 hours a day on this, two days out of three. I usually read a book or watch a DVD or work a crossword. I do it in my room at work, so I always feel a bit confined. Sometimes I watch porn, but I only have a limited selection here, and let’s face it, porn has a definite half-life. When I get to 8” I am going to cut back by half and get back in the gym more.

For me the biggest negative effect is discoloration on my glance. The tip of my glance is darker than the rest. This results from heavy stretching where my glance is squeezed.

I have some loose skin and the pubes venture up my shaft. I have to pull back alot of skin to free my glance.

But, I guess this is common to the PE venture - these are the effects of doing exercises with something that is not being ment to be exercised, I guess.
