Need to find a new program for length

Hey, my current stats are 7 1/8” NBP, 7 4/5” BP, and 5 1/4” girth. I have had a tough time trying to get back into PE for the last two weeks because I haven’t had a definate program. Since late October, I had been doing a program that consists of one hour a day of PE for two days a week, then 20-30 minutes a night for the other 5 nights, which adds up to 4 hours of PE a week. I normally do around 60/40 stretching and jelqing, mainly because I want to focus on length. I stretch and jelq in different directions, and normally I do sets of 5-10 minutes.

However, the gains for that have slowed down, and I don’t know what adjustments I should make to get more gains. Should I change up the time? Or the type of stretches? Please give me a new program that will help me gain more.

How are you up to a hanging routine?


Starting Stats 7/15/05 -- Flaccid L 3.375"x Flaccid G 2.125", BPEL 5.250" x EG 3.750"

Stats as of 11/17/07-- Flaccid L 6.000"x Flaccid G 5.6875", BPEL 8.000" x EG 6.125"

Long Term Goal: BPEL 9.000"x EG 6.500" Dusty

I don’t really know if I’d be able to do weights I don’t think I’d have the time and privacy.

Not to mention that hanging is so annoying… try golf weights for sure though. Do you do any advanced stretches (V, iV, ect.)? Also.. try clamping some more for length.


2005 - BPEL 6.0"x MSEG 4.5" (BEG 4.75"/HEG 4.625")

2010 - BPEL 8.0"x MSEG 5.75" (BEG 6.5"/HEG 5.875")

Goal - BPEL 9.0"x MSEG 6.5" (BEG 6.5"/HEG 6.75")

No I haven’t done any advanced stuff at all, just simply stretches and jelqs. I’ll try clamping and other stretches.

Stretch a lot, more than 30 minutes

It’s tough because on most days besides the weekend, all I really have is 30 minutes. Then for the weekend I do more.

Try to multitask or drop something in your daily routine to make more time.

I’ve been upping my routine recently, I now spend 30 minutes of jelqing(and I jelq fairly fast, this normally means between 600 and 800 jelqs) at varying erection levels, normally not over 80%. Jelqing with a lower erection level is supposed to hit the length.

Plus, I have now upped my stretching so I spend anything between 30 minutes and an hour daily. Try upping the stretches my friend, should blast out a bit more length.

However, most people find the best results not from increasing their time spent PEing, but by exercising more intensly and by experimenting with different exercises. Carry on with your basic stretching but mix it up with some more advanced stuff over the top.


BP erect: 7.6" x 5.4"

NBP flaccid: 5.5 x 4.5

Try increasing the intensity of your workouts and/or the how often you do them (break them up into morning/night).

OK, I’ll look into some more advanced stretches. Any you guys would recommend?

I’ll try to be more intense in my workouts. Basically, I want to stretch harder and put more pressure into my jelqs then right?

I’ll try to add more time into my sessions, maybe up it to 45 minutes if I can.

Increasing time is a good idea, generally speaking. There is a point in overdoing it but as long as you feel you are ready for it, proceed.

You described correctly how to intensify your routine. Adding advanced exercises will also be a good to intensify your routine.

If like me you have a low LOT try the A stretch.

Haven’t started yet. Just wanted to know if anyone has had success with pro extender and pro solution pills or any other stuff that’s out there? What sure help me out a lot. I need a little’ length, but especially girth!

Start with the newbie routine and stick with it for at least 3 months.
