if my lot is very low (7ish), does that mean i should pull the dick up?

and also, if I pull it up, does that mean i am stretching the ligaments and if it’s pulled down, that corresponds to stretching the tunica? need some help please. I’ve spent a long time trying to make sense of this theory, there’s just too many opinions.

What I get from the LOT theory is that the opposite from what you just said is supposed to take place: pull up=hitting tunica; pull down=hitting ligs. My LOT is around 6:40 (that is where it stops being noticeable to the eye.) Most of my stretching is SO or up.

Westla90069, maybe you could give your opinion on something I read on another forum; a post in which a retired urologist said that there are two kinds of ligs. There is soft/stretchy or hard/stiff ligs.

He explained that you could tell if you have soft/stretchy ligs if you lay on your back and your penis stays pointing toward your toes. If you lay back and it points to the side or toward your navel, they’re hard/stiff.
According to this, I have soft and stretchy variety.

Another thing he mentioned is that it might be easier to see gains if you have soft, stretchy ligs.
Does anybody else here have an opinion as how this relates to the LOT theory and if they’ve noticed any of this to be true (the easier gaining due to soft, stretchy ligs part.)

Basically you were reading posts by the Oldest or some name like that. From what I heard his idea is the exact opposite of Bib’s Lot theory. What he calls hard is easy and vice versa.

this may have been mentioned before, but here it is again …

isometric stretch is one of the FASTEST ways to stretch any ligament. i’m not sure if it will work for tunica as well. what i mean is that you can pull the dick at a place where there is a lot of tugback. now hold the tug while pulling the dick out. this is called isometric stretch. 30 seconds or so. i’m trying this out and will keep you guys posted. the main reason i posted this cuz i tried isometric to perform splits. it hurts like hell but works wonders.

almighty - The muscle that you contract to give a tug back is the bulbocavernosus (BC). It isn’t connected to the ligaments we stretch in PE, so all you’ll do by pulling against it is make the BC tired and perhaps a little stronger. In other words, you’re pulling on you dick while doing a Kegel.

Also, please capitalize the personal pronoun “I” and the first word of a sentence. We try to encourage proper English here to make it easier to read by those who speak another language. (Read the second line of my sig for the consequences of not doing this.)

So what is the best way to target the ligs? Seeing that my lot is very low (7ish).
