What’s up I have been PEing for close to 8-9 months weekly, I have read so many people saying that they have had great gains but I have not noticed anything. I thought I did earlier but I think my mind was just tricking me, my routine is warming up with a wash cloth and hot water for about 3-4 min, then I stretch up down out and at a angle for 10 minutes, 30 sec stretches while laying down watching TV,

Then I end up jelqing for 500 strokes with baby oil

Then ill jump in the shower..

Is there anything I am doing wrong, my schedule usually consist of Mon-wed sometimes Thursdays

If there has been any gains it was probably about .02 in length nothing in girth.

Any help please all I’m looking for is to add about 1 -1.5 in length and .25 in girth would be fine also..
