Hey DLD and other good gainers

I was wondering if you may could help me to acheive my goals a little quicker. What i am going seems to work slowly. When I read about someone gaining 1/2 in one month, i start thinking that I wish it was me…hahahaha. I would say I am an average gainer, but I am sure that you can help me grow much faster. I am a little depressed right now from trying too hard with a girl that i like. I need something to take my mind off of this some. I have took a little more than a month off from PE, but I am back to jelqing again. Maybe a week from now, I will start streching again.

Any help would be appreciated!!!!

Not sure about the fast gains.Have you read about DLD’s blasters on page 2 - main members forum?

I noticed that DLD’s Bundled stretch works great. I’ve noticed amazing gains from this. The basic instructions are to twist your penis and then do Blasters. Sorry i dont have detailed instructions for these exercises, but search the forums and find DLD’s instructions before doing any of them. Stretching is your best bet for length gains, jelqing and squeezes are your best bet for girth.


Now: 8.5" bpel 6" eg Goal: 9.5" nbpel 6" eg (maybe more)

Pleading for help in your thread title usually results in fewer guys even looking at your thread, much less answering it.

They think, “Oh shit, another newbie looking for the elusive fast gains”. Then move on to the next thread.

I have found that exercise actually helps with my stress and/or depression. I think you should make a solid routine including stretching now. Use this as a release for your depression. You will be gaining at the same time. If you could be more specific about what your current routine is now I would be happy to help out with some suggestions.

Well, My routine goes something like this:

warm up
AM:: jelq at 70 to 80% for about 30 min, with some girth exercises in there
PM:: no warm up, 20 min. of streching, not really blasters, i just try to focus on trying to keep the PC muscle relaxed as much as possible. i tried hanging, but in my opinion, i think manual strecting is superior for me. i really cant do PE for much more than an hour a day. My roomate will think i am weird. hahahaha

What girth exercises are you throwing in. In what capsity are you doing them? Are you super-setting the girth work into your jelq session?

I would really give the Blasters a go. For some the length gains are very quick. If you have any problem understanding them just let me know and I will help you get them done.

PS: is your roomate and guy or a girl?:)

Yes DLD, I do about 50 jelqs or so, then do a kinda combo(squeeze and erect bend) usually for about 20-30 minutes. I quess i will try the blasters tonight and keep doing them for the rest of the month to see how it goes.

My roomate is i guy

Sound tight to me all but the roomate:D I was getting kind of turned on thinking you had a real fine female roomate.
