Okay so I have been doing PE since the month of May.

Now I feel prepared for getting a little just a little more of exercises on length and I want to know what do you experts tell to do. Length which is my main goal. I want to get around 7 or 8 but first 7 at least. What do you recommend?

P.S. I make around 100 to 120 jelqs 2 days on one day off. and the warm up.

If you want length, just work on length for a full yeah. It’s as simple as that.

Maybe increase the intensity and only PE for length 2-3 times a week, or 3 one week and 2 the next.

But as a vet I gotta warn you that going for straight length may not be the best idea. Simply because it changes the aesthetics of your erection and may make your cock look skinnier, and it’s harder to add girth the longer you get. There’s more surface are and it takes more time to look thicker. With that being said I would advise you stagger your training and work on length harder for a few weeks while jelqing to maintain girth, then working on girth harder for a few weeks while doing lighter tugs/hanging. I’ve found over time that this is one of the best ways to achieve greater amounts of both length and girth without settling for little amounts of each.

From what I have found I need to make more jelqs but not over do it. Also I need the suggested 3 days on and 1 off I think. Thanks :) . Hey, I didn’t say 3 days on one day off! I don’t know where you guys are getting this idea that you need to do so many days on and so many days off in a row from but it’s dead wrong. Newbies can get away with PE’ing 5-6 days a week for a little while because they’re just getting into it and their intensity is so light, and their gains are from greater blood flow anyways. More advanced guys who’ve been at it 6 months to a year need to start adding more rest days and cutting it back to 3-4 days a week. the even more advanced guys can do less, and last but not least vets I’ve seen have certain splits where they do it may once or twice a week with intensities that would crush a newbie.

You can try it if you want to, I’m just saying that 2 on 1 off or 3 on 1 off whatever is not set in stone. Just because it’s in the newbie guide does not mean it’s what you should be doing for ever and ever. You’re going to need deloading and breaks at one point or another, and the greater intensity you go at it the more rest you need. Don’t make the mistake of thinking you need some special supplement or Viagra/Cialis when you really need rest.

Ummm, more days off will not lead to a bigger cock in the long run. Girth work requires rest, length work not as much.

6.25 ( 6.3 on a good day) and 5.4 of girth.

If measured right say from the top straight out I say you are on target to 7 withinn six months I say. Sure giving allowances for routines and flexibility whichis basically conditioning of your penis
