OK, lets start with my PE history. God cursed me with a puny 5 1/4” x 4.75” dick. Found this site, didn’t buy into it at first but started jelqing anyways. Gained 1/4” rather quickly, couldn’t believe my eyes!! Kept with jelqing and got up to 5.75”. Then I got lazy, stopped jelqing, but got me a PenisMaster stretching device. Was kinda a pain in the ass wearing the damn thing and I was always worried someone would find it I was wearing it somehow. But it was working, in a few months I had broken the average dick plateau with 6.25” EL! wooooo! then gains increased on up to 6.5” EL, then took a turn for the worse. I didn’t up the intensity or anything, but my cock shrank back to 6.25 (the 6.5 was NOT a mismeasurement). My dick felt exhausted, was getting very weak erections, pitiful flaccid hang, you guys know the symptoms of an over trained dick. So I took some time off, around 1-2 months. Came back to this site and found DLD blasters, got right into those very light the first few workouts, then upped to around 7 sets of 5 (35 tugs in all). Reached 6.5” in seriously about 5 days (again not a mismeasurement) and my cock felt strong as ever!! But I got a deja vu: All of the sudden after a few more workouts of the same intensity, my dick again felt overtrainned, pitiful erections, and shrank back to 6.25”!! Took 3 weeks off, and now here we are.

Now, logic tells me just to get back into good ol’ jelqing again. It worked in the beginning, its the “tried and true” PE exercise, just not really thrilled about jelqing for a few reasons: 1. its messy 2. takes forever 3. my dick is in the very early stages of the “baseball bat effect”, and by that I mean poor base girth that gets bigger and bigger as you go up to the head. this scares me a little, as i want a perfect cylindrical dick, not a baseball bat!!

So, do I just stop being a lazy ass mofo and just jelq again? If this what you vets recommend, what are some good techniques to avoid the baseball bat effect? I think I remember hearing this being caused by jelqing with too weak and erection, is that true? Or, perhaps there are other good exercises/routines u guys can recommend? I’m looking for mostly length first but some girth along the way would be nice. FYI, I’m not a huge fan of stretching, but would I guess if thats what you vets recommend.

PE vets, I am at your mercy. I submit to your vast knowledge, oh helpful PE gods!!

Stretch for length, seriously. 90% of my length gains are made by stretching.

I’d go back to jelqing. Consider switching to dry-jelqing. It will save you time and mess. As for base girth, believe it or not, clamping actually works pretty well for a lot of guys, myself included. Hanging will give you base girth, but that’s not a road I’d recommend.

If I were in your boat, here’s what I’d try:
5-10 warm-up with a hot water bottle ~115 F
20 min dry jelq
one day on, one day off

If you’re not showing any gains after a couple weeks, I’d take a 8-12 week decon break. Then start again at 10 minutes and slowly build up to 20 minutes over three or four weeks.

Once you’re close to your length goal, start clamping. Build up to 3 x 10 minute sets. Dry jelq for 50-100 strokes in between sets. If/when gains stall again, follow the decon plan. Then ease back in with jelqing before starting to clamp again.

Clamping scares the bijesus outta me. Too many horror stories. Plus I know my cock is too weak to handle that.

How does one avoid the baseball bat effect? Jelqing at 75-80%? Am I correct that my ever so slighly emerging baseball bat is due to me previously jelqing at 50-60%?

Well, the baseball bat effect can be changed and by jelqing of course.

Your OK grip should very very tight at the base of the penis (if you can, try to place your OK grip as close as the pubic as you can), then jelq! From the mid shaft up to the glans, loosen your OK grip.

Other thing you could also try is to trap the blood while jelqing and do the reverse Jelq. Place your left hand OK grip at the base of the penis, and jelq with your right hand OK grip right below the glans to the base.

Routine : Manual-V-Inverted V-JAI-BTC stretches (alot of stretches :D ). Wet Jelq, Pumping (once a week to maintain my girth)

The idea behind the clamping was to fix the baseball bat effect. But if you’re worry about it, just stick with jelqing. Later you try reverse jelqs or light squeezes.

Yea thanks a lot man, I was just waiting for a few more replies before I bumped up my own thread. I appreciate you PE vets taking the time to help me. If I still had a 5 1/4” inch dick I’d be too embarassed to even let a girl take my pants off (esp. since when it was flaccid, it was seriously like 2.5 inches!!) Thanks a lot man :) . Without your help and encouragement, I would not be on my way from a puny knob to a freakin MISSLE!

One quick Question . Yes/no: Is it theoretically possible to completely shape one’s penis? For example if I wanted a cock that was precisely 6.3” base girth, taper off slowly to about 5.8” at the end, with a 6.25” girthed head?

Hmmm Not unless you decided to take up Carpentry :-) Well You could try some heavy Hanging( not recommended if you’ve never done it before) for base girth once you’ve hit midshaft girth of 5.8. Clamping half an inch below the glans can bring in some girth on the head.

PS: BTW, Im not a PE vet so you can completely ignore my suggestion:-)

As long as you know what your talking about, all advice is welcome :P

Interesting how we can, ofcourse only through dedicated and patience, increase the girth of w/e we want: Base, mid, head. Also I think I read a thread once that talked about jelqing from around the foreskin up for increased head size. Hanging, like clamping, sounds dangerous as hell and would be reluntant to try them, though its not out of the question.
