Need advice from PE vets for new routine.
OK, lets start with my PE history. God cursed me with a puny 5 1/4” x 4.75” dick. Found this site, didn’t buy into it at first but started jelqing anyways. Gained 1/4” rather quickly, couldn’t believe my eyes!! Kept with jelqing and got up to 5.75”. Then I got lazy, stopped jelqing, but got me a PenisMaster stretching device. Was kinda a pain in the ass wearing the damn thing and I was always worried someone would find it I was wearing it somehow. But it was working, in a few months I had broken the average dick plateau with 6.25” EL! wooooo! then gains increased on up to 6.5” EL, then took a turn for the worse. I didn’t up the intensity or anything, but my cock shrank back to 6.25 (the 6.5 was NOT a mismeasurement). My dick felt exhausted, was getting very weak erections, pitiful flaccid hang, you guys know the symptoms of an over trained dick. So I took some time off, around 1-2 months. Came back to this site and found DLD blasters, got right into those very light the first few workouts, then upped to around 7 sets of 5 (35 tugs in all). Reached 6.5” in seriously about 5 days (again not a mismeasurement) and my cock felt strong as ever!! But I got a deja vu: All of the sudden after a few more workouts of the same intensity, my dick again felt overtrainned, pitiful erections, and shrank back to 6.25”!! Took 3 weeks off, and now here we are.
Now, logic tells me just to get back into good ol’ jelqing again. It worked in the beginning, its the “tried and true” PE exercise, just not really thrilled about jelqing for a few reasons: 1. its messy 2. takes forever 3. my dick is in the very early stages of the “baseball bat effect”, and by that I mean poor base girth that gets bigger and bigger as you go up to the head. this scares me a little, as i want a perfect cylindrical dick, not a baseball bat!!
So, do I just stop being a lazy ass mofo and just jelq again? If this what you vets recommend, what are some good techniques to avoid the baseball bat effect? I think I remember hearing this being caused by jelqing with too weak and erection, is that true? Or, perhaps there are other good exercises/routines u guys can recommend? I’m looking for mostly length first but some girth along the way would be nice. FYI, I’m not a huge fan of stretching, but would I guess if thats what you vets recommend.
