Need advice for my new workout
I am not a newbie I’ve been doing this for over 6+months now. But I haven’t seen much gains. I was thinking of changing my route from 2 days on 1 day off to 5 days on 2 days off such as:
Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri-workout
Does my routine sound right?
Morning: I do AI stretches for about 10 minutes
5 min heat pad
20 min stretching
20 min hand jelqing for a 2 second count on each stroke w/kegels
15 min power jelq for a 5 second count on each stroke w/kegels
10 min hot shower
If you think I should change my routine please let me know.
