Need advice for my new workout

I am not a newbie I’ve been doing this for over 6+months now. But I haven’t seen much gains. I was thinking of changing my route from 2 days on 1 day off to 5 days on 2 days off such as:
Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri-workout

Does my routine sound right?
Morning: I do AI stretches for about 10 minutes

5 min heat pad
20 min stretching
20 min hand jelqing for a 2 second count on each stroke w/kegels
15 min power jelq for a 5 second count on each stroke w/kegels
10 min hot shower

If you think I should change my routine please let me know.

I also plan to take 1000mg (1 gram) of arginine a day to have more cum and longer flacid penis. Please see my post on the Health/Supplement section.


Your routine looks good to me. I might go to 6 on and 1 off if I were you. You are obviously conditioned now and the extra work might pay off.

Mike: Your routine may need to be beefed up a little in the jelqing dept. and try some L Arginine, keep it to a 5 day bases with 2 days off for healing time, also try some different types of squeezes for girth, and stay away from JOing while exerciseing the 5 days, save for rest days. It would help alot if we had some info on you ; starting sizes , goals ,your age, weight etc. This will help SEE YA

Steelbender, thanks for your response. I am 23. I’m 5’9 165lbs. My size right now is 6.5 length and 5.5 girth. It has never changed. My goal is to get up 8.5 length and 6.5 girth. I really want to see some length though. You said stay away from JOing (jerk offing?). Will masterbating really effect the days i exercise? How much miligrams of arginine should I take a day?

Exercise Gains

HI GUY: As far as size goes you are more than average, and is a nice respectable size. Masterbating on your days of workouts I have found to decreese my gains , so I don t I leave things pumped up so they expand. I only have sex or JO during days off, which for me is the weekends. our sizes are close but I m twice your age. I m taking L-Arginine3000mg a day but at your age thats would be maybe to much , start slowly check what works for you. Are trying longer jelq exercises and squeezes, I m not into hanging yet, but my own workouts seem to be helping , See what works! SEE YA STEEL

steelbender I’m now doing 45+ minutes of jelqing (20 minutes of hand jelqing and 15-20 minutes of power jelq) Do you thinkI should jelq for a longer period of time? If so for how long. I am 23 would there be any side effects, now or in the future, for me if I take arginine 1000mg a day.


HI GUY: your routine sounds good on the jelqing portion but how about the squeezes ,thats were I believe I gained my girth. my routine is 400 -500 slow hard ok jelqs at night with hot showers before and after exercizes, usually 100-200 squeezes while watching tv at night, and 100-200 squeezes in bed in morning before I get up and take shower and get dressed. at night ussually takes about a hour at night for jelqs at night. wife gives me a hr private time, as far as L-Arginine goes experiment 1000 is not much. Did you say you have been doing the same routine for six months? If you haven’t seen any gains you either need to switch it up or give the 5 on, 2 off split a try. I say this because your routine sounds good and you should have seen some gains by now. I definitely think you should start hanging if two inches length is your goal. You can always go back after you have achieved your length and work on girth. I would recommend cutting back to ten minutes stretching in the beginning of your workout and doing ten minutes of stretching at the end of your workout because you will get a much better stretch after your workout. As far as L-arginine, take 2.5 - 3 grams per day on an empty stomach, either first thing in the morning an hour before breakfast or before bed. I personally take it when I get up in the middle of the night to piss or first thing in the morning. I hope this helped and hope you reach your goals. Later

I have been 2 days on 1 day off for 6 months. I’ll change to 5 on 2 off starting this weekend. On the days I am not peing (Saturday and Sunday) should I try some JAI stretches during the day. Because from what i understand stretching during off days does not effect the recovery. I don’t want to use weights because it’s too dangerous. I’ll take your suggestion about the 10 min stretches. I will do only JAI stretches 3 sets of 15 reps before and after a jelq session. Here is my routine. I hope it will work out good. I’ll post it also in the Routine section. Steelbender, I’ll do squeezes for later on i mostly want to get length now. Anyway i think the power jelq does a fine job for girth.

5 days on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday,
2 days off Saturday, Sunday

3 sets of 15 reps JAI stretches (around 3 minutes)

same as morning

5 minutes heating pad
10 minutes 3 sets of 15 reps JAI stretches each direction left, down, right, up, straight
20 minutes hand jelqing 1-2 seconds each stroke
15 -20 minute power-jelq 5 second each stroke
10 minute hot shower
3 sets of 15 reps JAI stretches (around 3 minutes)

Your adjustments sound good. Good luck and keep us posted. Just remember, quality over quantity. If you are not going to hang you have to really concentrate on each stroke while jelqing and visualize your penis getting bigger. Don’t have any wasted or rushed strokes. The hand jelqing is just as important as the power jelq. Later

With 6 months you are probably ready to give it a bit more intensity. Do your workouts get you into a fatigued state? I understand a good workout gets your dick engorged and overall fatigued.

I think hanging is safer than most people who havent tried think it is, but there is a learning curve to that and its a personal choice anyway. Good luck with your new routine.
