NBP catching up with BPEL

How long does it usually take for NBP to catch up with BPEL? Ive gained about 3/8”


5/1/04 Before: 6.75x4.75" started back up again. 2/1/06 7 4/16x5" 3/1/06 7 7/16x5"

Goal: 8.5x6"

focusing on length now with stretches, hanging, and jelqing

I dont’ know about NBPEL catching up with BPEL since I don’t measure NBP much (and I imagine it would be mostly to do with the fat pad size anyway). I can say that after a growth spurt my BPEL takes a good few weeks to catch up with FBPSL (though always lags at least 1/2”), which seems quite independant of PE and more I suspect to do with internal soft tissue structures remodelling to the new outer sheath.

I don’t think NBP doescatch up with BPEL due to the fat pad. If that is half an inch, then unless you lose some of that pad your NBP will always be half an inch shorter than your BP.

What are these growth spurts you speak of? Are they actual spurts that just come on for you from time to time? Or do you only notice them because you don’t measure that often? Or are they due to you changing routine? I’m intrigued, and would love to get growth spurts of about half an inch each day! :p (although I’d settle for half an inch a week! :D )


Start: 22 Mar 04: 6.5" BPEL x 4.6" EG & 6" head. As at: 1 Jan 05: 7.5" BPEL x 4.8-4.9" EG & 6.3" head.

Re-re-start!: 6 Feb 17: 6.9" BPEL x 4.9" EG & 5.5" head. As of: 23 Feb 17: 7.0" BPEL x 5.0" EG & 6.0" head.

Ideal: ASAP: 8+" BPEL x 5.5+" EG & 6.5+" head But will continue if the going is good!!

Ha ha! That’s the holy grail I’m persuing (I *will* get there I promise) but alas no, not yet. I mean that after taking a break and I get a rapid gain over a period of about a week. But much of that gain is re-gain from non cemented length the last time around with a little being some real progress. I was just thinking this morning that I’ve been PE’ing off and on (more off than on) for 5 years this month, and have only about 0.75” real EL to show for it (ignoring newbie gains). When I get back into it, it’s because of some theory or other I dreamed up, then when it begins to falter I lose interest until the next idea.

I’m as interested in working out the dynamics of growth as much as actually getting a bigger unit, so I’m always switching it up and trying different things. That means I don’t really have routine at the moment, I just stick to stretching with occasional jelq, clamping or pumping. I don’t think the answer lies in the particular excersise, but the science behind tissue response to stresses.

As for measuring, I’m an obsessive measurer (several times a day!).
