Naturally 5-6" penis

Hi,

My penis size is naturally very small at around 5-6” erect and is veryy small when small.

I have thought of using one of these penis enlargemnt plans for over a year now but decided against it. Just recently i discovered across this forum and some other sites.

The way i Jelq (if that is correct) is…

1) Cover my penis in vaseline.
2) Put my hand in a zero shape and pull up from the bottom (closest to the body) tightly making it last about 2-3 seconds. Then i will do the same with my other hand continualsy until i get tired.

My problem is i cant get my penis to get off erect. The only way i have found around this is to mastrubate until i cum and then my penis will stay in an 60% erect state. But i have read that i will not experience any gains wanking 3-5 hours before/after.

Am i doing this correct and is there any other tips to give.

Don’t put yourself down for that size. Its right in the average range according to just about every thorough survey out there.

I disagree with the claim that gains can’t be made if you orgasm shortly before or after a workout. It hasn’t stopped my personal gains. Perhaps if you’re looking to gain girth you could include erect bends into your workout. I just do manual stretching and I when I have a problem with getting to erect I just do some light bends until it goes away. Then I get back to stretching.

Erect bends are definately not for beginners, so IMHO avoid unless you have been going for 6 months.

There is a very strong mental element to PE, and this may be what is hindering you getting erect. Do a search or two on here or PEForum on visulisation.

Masterbating may not be positive and it may not be negative, but if it is anything, then I think that it will hinder your gains and mental outlook on PE.

Go easy, experiment and find your own way of doing a strict routine that works for you. It takes time, but this is not a race.

Yup, I actually solved this problem today as I have been jelquing almost in flaccid state for last couple of months if I haven’t had porn in front of me. I think very carefully my girlfrieds wet pussy my eyes closed. :thats:
This way I can stay about 50% erect (just what I want) for whole jelquing session. :)

Do i just hold the penis up to my chest for 30 seconds and let go. Then do the same again?

From my own experience, I’d advise caution in doing some of these techniques you’re reading about until you have a couple months of simple vanilla type jelqing under your belt. The risk for injury is much greater when you’re just starting out.

Go slow, be patient, you’ll get there. Do some basic training and let your dick build up some tolerance for things to come.

Bear in mind there are many variations of jelqing.

From your post, it doesn’t sound as if you’re doing any type of tourniquet grip to trap the blood.

Using your base hand to tourniquet, and performing several Kegels (loosen the grip at the moment of Kegeling, then regrip and trap the blood) should provide enough erection to effectively jelq. Use the other hand in the fashion you’ve described. Two to three seconds sounds reasonable for now.

I will prob. get yelled at for this but….Jelq. Erect…I always have. I try to pay very close attention to my penis and pain as not to injur myself but I have never experienced an injury due to this. If someone disagrees with this please post it as I only have my own experience to go by.

for me both. My girlfriend Jennifer suggested I do this from the beginning of my program because she said that if 100% erect is my biggest size than training at this size will yield faster gains. I have to say that it does take a while to get 100% comfortable with this and there is some soreness at the beginning but now it is the only way I jelq.

k, Thnx…. I assume it wont matter if i cum first? The way i do it is

- Old tight from the bottom (closest to the body) and pull up holding tightly. And repeat continuelys changing hands.

That sound good! Make sure you are using an o.k. grip. starting at the extreme base and pulling the blood right below the head.
