My guess would be it’s the stretcher, I found the same thing happened when I used an extender, I could never get it adjusted to give constant tension so I just stretched in stages.

I would set it at a fixed length and every 20mins or so I would need to adjust it to take up the slack.
It’s a different feeling to hanging a weight.

How often are you stretching in the hot bath now and how often were you stretching in the hot bath when you gained your inch?

Between 20 minutes and half an hour the first time, and the same now.

I am doing both the mechanical stretching and two hanging sessions as well each day, which is stressing my dick considerably, but happily it hasn’t effected my EQ in the least.

Still no adverse EQ to report, even though I have persistent flu symptoms

Todays stretching session went well, but water wasn’t hot enough for long enough and so I didn’t feel as stretched as when the water is really steaming.

I feel a tugging feeling higher up my abdomen than usual since I’ve combined hanging and stretching that persists from session to session to the point where the pulling began to feel popcorny or popping inside the tissues, as if things are coming apart locally within the ligaments.

I felt similarly when I first began using more than five pounds hanging, like the ligaments were separating under load.

That’s the way I was thinking of approaching it. 20 minute sessions.

Are you doing this every day? Every other day? How do you schedule your sessions?

I do the sessions every day when I bathe.

It could be first thing or later in the day, depending on my work schedule.

That’s what I am eventually going to have to address. If I have to I will do a bath stretching routine every day but I am hoping I can extend the rest in between sessions and still get good results. Doesn’t seem that way though.

I never rest unless forced to by other people in the house and lack of privacy.

Check out the standing fulcrum idea I posted about in Mems thread.
Lets you do fulcrums in the shower and with 2 hands in needed, would work just as well laying in the bath I guess.

I get it. I know it’s tried and true especially with hanging. If I have to I will go that route as well.

Thanks capernicus. I will do that. Never too early to start a plan.

I feel that if I miss days I fall behind, or possibly lose gains somehow.

I’m sure thats not true but it can be frustrating.

Got a good twenty minutes in the bath today and my unit feels nice and stretched.

I wish I had time for one more hanging session but the wifes on the way home.

I am a bit confused what your ‘mechanical stretcher’ is? Is it simply a homemade extender used at high force for short periods? Im thinking maybe using my extender in the bath for 20 minutes using longer rods and tension that would typically be used for all day sessions (ie. extending for multiple hours daily). I contemplate this as typical extending routines did little to nothing for me.
