my workout (HELP)

I was wondering if i could get some input on my workout. it is as follows

3-5 min hot wrap with a rag
roughly 10-15min of long shlong mainly up and down for 30 seconds each usually about 5 reps i do left to right also.

10-15 min of pressured shlong accompanied by A-stretches. I do the pressured shlong for 10 seconds up and down then a 30 second A-stretch . Five reps of each

10 min of a form of jelq where i just squeeze the bottom with my left hand and move my right hand up to the head 4-5 seconds on moving it to just under the head and stop.

20 min of jelqing

cool down

any imput on improvement is appreciated

my current legth BPEL is 6 3/4 pushing fairly hard almost gets me 1/8 under 7 inches
my EG is 5.6

I want to get 7 inches non BP which would be about an inch increase and I want 6 inches in girth I have been doing PE for about two months now and taking Invigorex I know I have gained some maybe about a 1/4 of inch in length and 1/16 in girth.

I am not familiar with the shlong exercise. Have you considered exercising in a way so we know what you are talking about?

The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.


the shlong is where you grasp your had with the thumb and pointer finger (while flaccid) and stretch the penis straight out, up, down, left to right. The pressured shlong is straight out while applying pressure with your left thumb starting at the bas and pressing down while moving up to the base of the head and then moving back down. I am a member of Penis-Health thats where I learned the excersises.
