My unsuccessful story wth clamping

I’ve been doing clamping for about the past 6-8 weeks. Though, I’ve not been doing it every day and even on the days I do clamp, I’ll only clamp once. However, there have been multiple occasions, where I’ve clamped 2-3 times in the same day and they’ve been very good sessions. I don’t know if I’m a difficult case or I just haven’t been consistent enough. What do you guys think?

More time definetely. I would say if you are doing clamping exclusively it should be done every day for at least 3 sets. And more than that if your dick can handle it. I’m not expert on clamping and don’t do it much, but I don’t think you can just throw on a clamp when you feel like and expect gains.

Any kind of longterm PE success requires consistency and regular attention and activity. Try committing to a more regular program for several months and see if this cements some gains for you.
