My tip: Quick jelqs during the day

I’ve started a new strategy this week. Every time I go for a pi, I do 20-30 good, dry jelqs afterwards. This gives me a good, flaccid hang 24/7. In my family situation, it’s also very practical and easy to do PE this way.

I see you are from Norway so I am assuming English is not your first language, which you are very good at just wanted to add that “pi” should be “pee”. But nevertheless I have a few questions. How many times would you guess you use the restroom? Somewhere around 2-3 times a day? So you are averaging about 90 dry jelqs a day?

And.the warm up?


Start (october 2010) : BPEL 18,5 cm ; EL 17,5 cm ; MSEG 13,75 cm ,BEG 14,25 cm ;FL 12 cm ; FG 10,75 cm ; BPFSL 18,5 cm

3 months later ( January 2011) : BPEL 19 cm ; EL 18 cm ; MSEG 14 cm ; BEG 14,5 cm FL (hard to say if it grows due to size shifting of the soft state.. The same as before or bigger!) ; FG 11 cm ; BPFSL 19 cm***all hard sizes taken @ my hardest and doing a kegel***Goal: cementing a round 18 x 14 hard coupled with a good EQ.

Seems like this would be a good way to sneak in some jelqs


Start/April 2011: BPEL - 6.75" / NBPEL - 6.00" / BEG - 5.125 / Mid Shaft - 4.75 / Glans 4.5"

Current/August 8 2011: BPEL 7.25" / NBPEL - 6.375" / BEG - 5.625" / Mid Shaft - 5.00" / Glans - 4.875"

Goals: NBPEL - 8.25" / Mid Shaft EG - 6.00"

Do you schedule the times you pee?

I´m also wondering whether you warm up or not. I don´t think it´s very safe nor effective without warming up first.


Start, May 2011: BPEL: 5,8" MSEG: 4,9"

Seeing gains already in addition to high EQ, will post measurement when the growth is significant a.k.a no measurement mistake.

I dry jelq and do PE all the time without warmups and I’m getting noticeable results, listen to your body and do what’s right for you.

No, but I sure pee often, I only drink water and lots of it.

I do not do any warm up - but it seems like my member stays in a warm condition during the day. So - no problems an injuries so far. LOVE IT!

By the way - I’m sorry I spelled “to pee” the wrong way. Thank you for telling me - and learning me.

This is something that been talked about here before. Doing multitasking PE. PE whenever you can, in front of the TV or like you do, when taking a piss. It’s been called piss pulls. Doing some manual stretching every time you go to the toilet. I do it and I don’t care about the warming up and I have never gotten any injuries.

I d really love to be able to go without warm up! But I feel my penis needs lot of heat before to be worked.

I warm up for a longer session but for a few jelqs or a bit of manual stretching I can do without it. Not enough PE to do any damage then.

I have started doing this now. I must say I think the extra jelqs are really helping keep a nice fat flaccid throughout the day, plus I am getting more of a workout throughout the day instead of a concentrated burst of excersises. Thanks!
