My take on the jelqing throughout the day is that it helps with cementing the growth that is taking place. I think that it is a very strategic part of my routine.

Whow! I’ve just measured my member, and I have never ever seen - or measured - it this big. I’ve been on and of PE’ing for years, but this method is possible stay into! And it seems like it works! I am now 6,023x4,842 inches. Not Mr. Big, but a slight bigger than before. And still growing. To be continued!

Been doing this as well and noticing a decent difference in girth. Up to 800 dry jelqs a day in divided sessions.

I do have some minor problems with sore skin at base, though… I wonder what’s the best product to repair and prevent this. Baby oil? Vaseline?

I have been thinking about doing multiple sessions in a day. How fatigued do you feel after each session? What is your rest schedule? 2 on 1 off? Do you do a combination of wet jelqs and dry jelqs?

Got the same problem! I find 100% pure aloe gel before going to sleep has helped a little. I also try and put a tiny bit of moisturizer on my hands prior to a session so it is not COMPLETELY dry.

At the moment I have not settled on any set schedule. Some sessions I’ll just do 200 jelqs, four times a day, others I’ll do up to 600 in one session, and then 200 with the next, making for only two sessions that day.

I try to go by feel. Some sessions I feel like I can get a great workout with only 200 jelqs. Others I feel I’ll need more. With some, I’m in the zone and my member is so engorged I just keep on going!

As for days off, again—no set schedule. If my day is free I will jelq away. If I have a busy day, well, that will be my rest day. Still, I try to do at least 5 days a week.

Oh yeah, and I only Dry jelq with a tiny bit of moisturizer to prevent chaffing (I’m cut) I used to wet jelq for years and have found (for me) that dry jelqing is far superior for girth.

I have to say as I became more experienced in PE I often skip warm up at all.. For short random session throughout the day I don’t warm up and do stretches,tunica stretches,some random dry jelqs and even some squeeze or hold if I have a semi.. It seems that the more experience in PE the less warm up is needed as the senior members like me often skip the warm up at all without getting injuries and keeping gaining


Start (october 2010) : BPEL 18,5 cm ; EL 17,5 cm ; MSEG 13,75 cm ,BEG 14,25 cm ;FL 12 cm ; FG 10,75 cm ; BPFSL 18,5 cm

3 months later ( January 2011) : BPEL 19 cm ; EL 18 cm ; MSEG 14 cm ; BEG 14,5 cm FL (hard to say if it grows due to size shifting of the soft state.. The same as before or bigger!) ; FG 11 cm ; BPFSL 19 cm***all hard sizes taken @ my hardest and doing a kegel***Goal: cementing a round 18 x 14 hard coupled with a good EQ.

I think it’s important to hang in there also when your cock does not want to jelq.

Even if you don’t get much blood trapped inside, it will be an ok stretching exercise. And when you really big and in the flow - jelq as much as you can handle! I’ll go for a pee and jelq right now!

I just brushed my teeth and did some manual stretching. These types of PE feels natural and obvious. It’s often the only type of PE I can do because of lack of privacy. Without multitasking pe I don’t think I would have seen much gains.
