My success and what it took.
I would like to take this time to give some of the factors that I believe have played a roll in making me successful with gaining. Yeah, I’m still in the infancy of it all, but from what I’ve learned so far, it has given me great results. To more easily summarize, I’m just going to make a list.
A POSITIVE overall attitude. You must let go of negative thoughts. You have to have the attitude, “Yes!” “I can do this.” “PE is possible.”
Make positive affirmations to yourself, along the journey. Tell yourself how great it is to be a man and that you have the greatest or biggest cock in the world.
Being happy with yourself as you are to begin with. Knowing your penis has been a useful tool, before you even took the step into PE. Having an attitude that I’m going to give it my all and if nothing were to come of it, I’d still be happy with what you have because it’s great to start with. But we must remember, failure is not an option. You are here, you’re thinking positive and you are going to get those gains.
Thunder’s Place has a plethora of knowledge here. Use it. Read and communicate with others. Learn from what others have done wrong and try not to fall into the same patterns they have. You will probably make mistakes. If you take the time and learn, you’ll be less likely to.
3. “The 3 C’s” Courage, Conditioning, and Consistency
PE is not for every man. You must have a strong will and not be fearful. You are doing something to yourself that could have serious ramifications. It shouldn’t if done properly, but you still have to have strength to tackle it.
Which brings us to conditioning. With proper conditioning, there shouldn’t be any issues. Start off as you would going to a gym or any type of exercise program. Slow! You would never walk into a gym and bench an astronomical amount of weight to start with, so why would you do some insane PE technique? Work your way up and never overwork.
And, as with any workout, you must remain consistent. Doing PE once a week, isn’t going to cut it. Just like eating healthy for one day a week, isn’t going to do anything for losing weight. Set up a routine, keep track of it and your progress, and by all means be aware of your PI. Make sure you do take rest days and if your penis needs a longer rest, do it. But keep in mind, you are in a training program. Rest can be beneficial, but can also make you lazy and not want to continue. Too much time off, can certainly throw you off track.
4. Not setting any goals
I’m satisfied with whatever I gain. I have really no goals set for myself. Yes, I said 7x5 by December 31, 2017 but I just threw it in there thinking it was a realistic number and really don’t give a damn if I make it or not. Setting a numerical goal to me is just setting me up to possible disappointment. With disappointment can come failure and that’s not an option. Yes, we should all have goals, but our first goal is to just get that bigger penis and be happy with what we are accomplishing.
5. Having a coach
I have had the privilege of being trained here. Someone stepped up, saw potential in me, and has been coaching me along my journey. Making sure to take time out of each and every day to see how I am doing and pushing me to go after my goals. The wisdom and support I get from him, has made me all that much more successful in my journey.
I now take it upon myself to do the same. I have become a coach too and am passing what I have learned and am still learning to other men wanting to make PE successful for them. It is our duty as a community dedicated to PE, to do our best to help others out along their journey. Not only are we teaching them, we are also learning from them.
Finally I would just like to state, I did not add anything in here about the routine I do. Yes, that has been the number one reason I have gained and all that can be seen in my progress threads. What I pointed out here are the factors of what it takes and have helped me stay consistent and focused on my PE routine. So I wish everyone success.
