thanks again for all the support. Although i have been only been doing pe excersizes for a little over a week it seems as if my flaccid length is a little bit bigger. It seems to “hang” more often than how it just used to stick out 2 inches like a little nub. It may just be my imagination though. Right now my goal is to be avg. 6 inches.

Screw the bitch. I know it may be a little tough to get those words out of your head, but you have to. PE takes time aswell so don’t expect to be 12” overnight but with a lot of time, dedication, and sometimes heartbreak you will get bigger. Just stick with it. You can turn the whore’s negative comment into motivation. Just think about the look on her face after you’ve PE’d for a year. Then deny her as she denied you. Welcome aboard!

I was just like you 5 months ago. Mine only goes into a nub sometimes when I get out of the shower instead of nubbing in half the time.

You’ll also notice you won’t know how to sit straight at first as your pants accomodate the extra flaccid meat.

Do what I did and throw away your briefs and go with boxer shorts or go without undies at all ( like me ) unless you have a tendency to pee or shit yourself.

The looseness will encourage more hang time so those microtears stay open. So now you have a functional reason to prevent it from going into NUB MODE.

Welcome to thunders, if you want some motivation look up YGUY and his story he started under 5 and is now 8.5. This shit works for 90% of people who want to put the time and effort into it. Just remember that this is a long term effort and don’t overdue it your young and you can be hung in a few years but if you not careful you could hurt your self. PE is not without risks. Hey Airforce, it’s great to see such support here isn’t it? I just started my PE routines 2 weeks ago, including: warming up with a hot towel from the tap, or a very warm cup of water until I see the skin get soft and veins thicken. Then I go into my stretching for ten min. and jelq intensely 100 to 150 times since I’m just starting. I also warm down in a very warm cup of water or hot towel wrap. I can feel the soreness, and take every other day off.

I wish that when I was 18 that I had discovered PE. I was 5.5” x 4.5” and it prevented me from really living it up. Just consider yourself lucky you have found this site. I have gained over an 3/4” in in length one month and over 1/4” in girth. I have done this through Jelqing and Ulis, plus wearing the Penimaster (PM). I believe the PM have helped with the quick gains. I would hang but don’t have the privacy.

My flaccid size was about yours and that I hated the most. I was more of a grower than a shower.

Back into PE after 3 year pause

“I’m on a routine that includes about 6 hrs/day use of the penimaster, six days a week (sunday I spend with gf, oops fiance). according to most of the studies out there, you can expect to gain .000616 in./hr or approx. .25in/405 hrs. of use. The JES Extender reports gains of .001in/hr. @1200gr traction by their study. I’ve heard a urologist admit somewhere that you can non-surgically increase the length of the penis through sustained traction throughout the day for an approx. gain of 1/8in. per month, and that most people are simply not interested in the dedication it requires.

No one who has used a traction device for less than 90 days with at least 6 hrs. use / day would notice anything, most likely. This takes dedication.

in the last week I’ve accumulated 40hrs of use which translates into about three one-hundredths of one inch of gain!! In a year that’ll be 1.5inches
I most likely won’t see “measureable” results for two months, and then only around .25 inches.

I created a little pocket xl spreadsheet, that I keep on my pocketpc phone, to log in my times and compute my new projected length on a daily basis. It’s motivating to see the hundredths of inches adding up every day. The spreadsheet tells me …

my projected length, updated daily
actual length at last measurement,
last date measured,
the total change so far,
the total hours used,
the hours until my next measurement, at a projected 1/4 in. gain.
and the approx. days to next measeurement.

as well as a history of use in day increments.

I bought a digital watch with a stopwatch and countdown timer which I use to accurately track total time used and to warn me to remove the device if worn for too long.

in addition, I measure stretched length as my main measurement. To insure that I measure accurately, I measure using the penimaster to stretch the penis at 1150gr. This way I eliminate the possibility of inconsistent force used to measure. The base ring makes it measure a little shorter, but in return I get a very accurate reading as the base makes a solid foundation to apply the measuring device to. And really, I’m only interested in seeing gains - I could care less exactly what the ruler reads. I know I’ll have a big dick if it works (eventually).

Here’s the whole story … .

I began PE in 2000 with jelqing and manual stretches. During the next year or so I managed to gain 3/4 inch in length and 1/4 inch in girth. My routine was very sporatic. I started to notice a tiny hard lump in my shaft and a very minimal bend maybe 5 deg. at most. I decided not to risk those exercises anymore - I was becoming more agressive at doing them and pushing it harder, so I stopped - at a new size of 7x5 bpel. It’s been a year and a half since then and my dick seems fine, although the little lump is still there - it has not progressed and everything works like it did when I was 20 (im 32)- so I’m not worried about it. I think it was a slight case of that hard-to-spell disease, that has corrected itself, thank god.

recently, I got up the nerve to start researching alternatives to my old routine and came up with what you’ve read so far …

I began getting used to wearing the device in July - August and am now comfortable enough with it to begin a serious routine. I intend to follow through with it.
