My story of 10+ years of experience
I will start with my stats to put this into perspective. They are from the two times I bothered to write this down and the 2006 measurement is something I only have from memory, I remember me and a girlfriend being curious so we checked.:

Now my story is this: I started when I was still a freshman or sophomore in high-school with what can best be described as a jelq but it wasn’t really a full jelq because it didn’t hit the CC and instead only push blood into the CS. I was trying to get a more defined glans and urethra bulge at the time which I did get. I did that for many years until joining here and started clamping. At first I was doing long sessions of fully erect clamping, 15 minutes per session and doing at least an hour in the clamp. I would describe that as extreme, quickly made it up to 5.5eg and kept doing it for years out of habit even though I wasn’t still growing there. At some point I went down to a 10 minute session with 5 minutes rest and started behind the balls clamping(discouraged by most people but I had good results from it and no injuries so I kept doing it) but no idea when I did that. Some time in 2012 I added kegel exercises to the erect clamping sessions and reduced the clamping duration to 7minutes in with 3 minutes rest then repeated 3-6 times and saw gains again to 5.625eg. Finally I started holding the kegel for up to 1 minute straight while in the clamp but found that actually wasn’t as effective as a 30second hold and 30second rest repeated and that has really be effective at increasing the vein size all along the shaft as well as the girth gaining up to 5.8. I am seeing veins that I couldn’t see before and the ones at the surface now constantly bulge when I am erect, it has been described as looking angry which was exactly what I wanted out of this whole adventure in PE I have done. All the clamping has made significant changes to me girth throughout the whole shaft, where I was very uniform girth along the whole shaft before now I am more of a tree trunk with it thickening as I measure further away from the glans until midway where it is consistent the rest of the way down. CS and glans are also significantly more pronounced like I wanted and that is great! Corona ridge is much more pronounced too and that has gotten an, unexpectedly, positive response from girls so I’ll take that.
I didn’t do anything that focused on length for any real time except maybe 6 months where I did hanging but I didn’t like the process and all the girls I have been with talked about thickness all the time but they never cared about length for their pleasure so I just gave it up. I never measured the length before I started hanging or after I stopped but it wasn’t much of a gain at all I don’t think, so all the length gains I have had have come from clamping or jelqing in the early years which I read was not supposed to happen but I will take it.

A proper warmup is critical and clamping after a hot both was the most effective way I found
7min in 3min rest is the best clamping time for me
Behind the balls clamping for years without injury BUT DON’T THINK IT IS SAFE AT ALL JUST BECAUSE I GOT AWAY WITH IT
Years of clamping and jelqs gave me some length but nothing extreme
If you want an angry/vascular penis fully erect clamping with a held kegel exercise will get you that quickly
