Well the bundled stretches have definitely changed my shape from a tree trunk to a uniform thickness up and down the shaft now and the veins have gotten very pronounced. Overall I like the results the bundled stretched followed by clamping and an all night cockring have given so I will keep doing them even though my girth is nearly at the 6” that everyone here aims for. I won’t be trying to get the 8” length that everyone wants though lol.

Now my story is this: I started when I was still a freshman or sophomore in high-school with what can best be described as a jelq but it wasn’t really a full jelq because it didn’t hit the CC and instead only push blood into the CS. I was trying to get a more defined glans and urethra bulge at the time which I did get. I did that for many years until joining here and started clamping. At first I was doing long sessions of fully erect clamping, 15 minutes per session and doing at least an hour in the clamp. I would describe that as extreme, quickly made it up to 5.5eg and kept doing it for years out of habit even though I wasn’t still growing there. At some point I went down to a 10 minute session with 5 minutes rest and started behind the balls clamping(discouraged by most people but I had good results from it and no injuries so I kept doing it) but no idea when I did that. Some time in 2012 I added kegel exercises to the erect clamping sessions and reduced the clamping duration to 7minutes in with 3 minutes rest then repeated 3-6 times and saw gains again to 5.625eg. Finally I started holding the kegel for up to 1 minute straight while in the clamp but found that actually wasn’t as effective as a 30second hold and 30second rest repeated and that has really be effective at increasing the vein size all along the shaft as well as the girth gaining up to 5.8. I am seeing veins that I couldn’t see before and the ones at the surface now constantly bulge when I am erect, it has been described as looking angry which was exactly what I wanted out of this whole adventure in PE I have done. All the clamping has made significant changes to me girth throughout the whole shaft, where I was very uniform girth along the whole shaft before now I am more of a tree trunk with it thickening as I measure further away from the glans until midway where it is consistent the rest of the way down. CS and glans are also significantly more pronounced like I wanted and that is great! Corona ridge is much more pronounced too and that has gotten an, unexpectedly, positive response from girls so I’ll take that.

I didn’t do anything that focused on length for any real time except maybe 6 months where I did hanging but I didn’t like the process and all the girls I have been with talked about thickness all the time but they never cared about length for their pleasure so I just gave it up. I never measured the length before I started hanging or after I stopped but it wasn’t much of a gain at all I don’t think, so all the length gains I have had have come from clamping or jelqing in the early years which I read was not supposed to happen but I will take it.

I don’t understand how you did this 10 years with so much care and effort and only got (0.4” x 0.8”) gains. I would be pissed to the point of wholesale doubt if it took that long to get what most people would consider not even noobie gains (1x0.5 in under one year, and 2x1 in two years of regular effort/application). What am I missing here? And yea, clamping on your testicles or even over your dorsal nerves is insanity.

His girth went from 4.9” to 5.8”, very respectable gains and clearly a game changer for any sexual encounter.

Personally speaking, with this much increase in girth, I wouldn’t mind if takes 20 years.

Some people have different expectations and goals for what they will get out of something and how fast to expect it. I did not expect the moon immediately like you seem to when it comes to PE.

Ten years, eight of clamping. Wow man. I don’t have that kind of dedication. I am too old, 65, to wait that time, and the dick is already 17 cm erect without doing any PE. My hopes for gain is 3 cm, that makes 20 cm which I think is 8” which is more than enough for this old man.

Exactly as I wrote.

When I first started clamping I didn’t any warm up at all but I found it best to do it after a hot shower/bath eventually. Didn’t make that discovery for like a month. Now I do clamping after I do bundled stretches straight out of the shower.

This is why it’s important to try a variety of exercises so that you find something that works for you, not necessarily an exercise that got results for another member.

I get messages from people here regularly wanting to know minute details of my workout, and I disappoint them by saying what worked for me won’t necessarily work for you.


Began December 2009 at 5 7/8" length and 5" girth.

As of December 5th 2012 7 3/8" BPEL and 6 1/8" base girth.

Going for the magic 8"x6"

Get into warm/hot water pumping. Don’t need an expensive one, just a Leluv tube at about $50, get as long as possible to hold more water so it the water mass stays warmer longer. It should have some room to grow girthwise and the mor ehot water is easily able to contact the surface, the better. I pump high pressure. It’s a tricky thing, sometimes it feels painful or pinching, sometimes it feels comfortable and like a nice stretch. Repositioning the tube can help if testes or skin around area against tube becomes sore; sometimes that’s when you just call it a day. But really, pumping at 7-9” psi should be the normal range. I don’t even pump once every 7 days and got huge fucking gains this year. I think a key in getting that besides the higher pressure (which I’d take up to 15psi sometimes or a few more like 18, you get used to it and only do it for a short period) was doing back to back days. I’d say two days in a row or day 1 and 3….and then allowing a few days for rest and recovery. It can be a touch much on EQ so maybe just do shorter session. So long as you get higher pressure with the hot water and several close sessions you’ll start seeing great girth gains. My only issue is length gains, of which I want considerably more and even a to-fit tube doesn’t help because it’s an incredible amount of pressure on just the glans which I try to avoid.

But yes, I do expect a lot from these exercises. Why wait 10 years for what I got in less than a year? No human body is so different to justify such a protracted wait time. be safe, test things out for yourself, but keep trying to allow for more deformation and certainly allow for recovery. If I try for three days too close together i swear the thing shrinks up some and tightens. It’s why I avoid extenders, the tension is difficult to control and too hard to quickly react to needing to change tension…hated the feeling I got from the two brands I tried ( which I returned for refunds, Penimaster and X4 Labs). The ebay ones out there with silicone sleeve with glans cup comes with a leg strap which is HELLA easier to set up with and also for controlling tension. Sometimes I’ll put the strap around my arm/shoulder and press the strap with my arm to change tension on the fly. It just feels safer. So I’d say this thing should last me a while before I swing to using it with hanging weights (after a long and careful build up, ofc).

But really, my earlier post wasn’t to shame for slow gains, but to underline the fact that a decade is too long to wait. Something must not be working right. That said, I doubt a couple of cases of people on Thunders claiming they did a shit-ton of exercises with all manner of intensities for years and years and got nothing. No one’s junk is that stubborn or resistant. Try harder. Expect more. Be safe.

I have read some of your posts. From what I gathered air pumping with a heat pad is crap as it gives you blisters, however you and others suggested continuous heat (and higher pressure probably) may be the cause for blisters. Did you try continuous heat with water pumping? How long are your sets?
A lot of times I saw you tried to gain length, therefore you used a tight cylinder for most of the session (a larger one to warm up) yet it seems you gained a shit ton of girth despite the narrower, easily-packed cylinder, what would you recommend to gain girth based on your experience?
