My shower routine

My shower routine

5 minutes warm-up with a cup with hot water
100 JAI’s in each direction (out, up, down, left, right, down to the right and down to the left)
250 3 second jelqs with various degrees of erection, I usually do the last 50 at 20% erection and a bit faster. During this I do about 200 kegels.
This is all done in the shower under hot running water, that is why I don’t reheat between JAI’s and jelqing.
After the workout I wear a traction wrapping for a couple of hours, lightly wrapped so it doesn’t harm the blood-flow.

I usually do my JAI stretches 30 each way left,right,straight out, and down. I don’t go up with my stretches because I don’t feel any stretching taking place. The jelqing sounds good but I would keep every stroke at 3 seconds even at the end. You may want to add some more manual stretching such as normal stretching and inverted V stretch, to me doing just JAI stretches isn’t enough.

Yes, I will increase the amount of stretching, but, and this is why I don’t do any other stretches, I just don’t like stretching, jelqing is more fun. But stretching is nessecary so I will increase the amount and ass some techniques.

I probably should get a dishing glove for better grip in the shower, what do you guys use in the shower?

I do quicker jelqs because I read, and I think, that jelqing att different erection levels and speeds is good because it targets both lengt and girth better that way. Maybe I’m wrong. But I’m gonna upp the jelqing to 300 today.

Inverted V-Stretch Video

The inverted v stretch mainly targets the tunica not the ligaments. I do an aided v stretch with a thin piece of PVC pipe since my fingers cramp up before I can usually finish if I do it normal. Yes you will have to do stretching a long with Jelqing if you hope to get length gains. Those 2 exercises should only add 10 minutes extra to your current routine 15 at the most.

I’m not sure about better grip in the shower, I usually do a warm up with a towel then do them in front of the T.V.

I haven’t heard of going quicker with the strokes for Jelqing. I’ve always read to have the strokes between 3 to 5 seconds each. As I’ve said before it’s about quality not quantity. Slower the better IMO. If you’re moving up to 300 I’d stick with that for at least a month before adding anymore. You need to make sure you penis is ready for a more intense workout. I try to do shit in the shower but after 10 min of any exercise keeping in mind I clean my self first so my normal shower is like 30 min plus then the PE, my hands start to raisin up and hurt. It’s pathetic I know. I wish I could do a full routine in the shower though since to me it’s the perfect place with constant heat.

Thanks for the answers! I have been on vacation so I haven’t been able to read here or try any new routines, but I will start in a week since I’m going away for a couple of more days.

Anyhow, is strething to the sides really necessary? I’ve been thinking about this and I think that if you stretch your member straight out it stretches both the left and right ligaments, and after a while of stretching they will be of equal length.

Kind of like if you’re right bicep is stronger than your left, you decide to do 3 sets with 8 repetitions, if your left arm only can do 6 repetitions you only do 6 with right arm too. After a while you will be able to do 7 and 8 with the left arm too.

What do you think?
