My routine..

My routine..

I have been taking one month of (only doing about 20 min jelqing a day), but next week I will start doing my full routine again which is: 3-4 hrs of ADS, and then 20 min jelqing and 10 min of clamping, followed by 5 mins more of jelqing in the evenings, 6 days a week.

Is this a good routine or is it to much? Should I stop doing jelqing and clamping the same day and do like 3x10 minutes of clamping and no jelqing 3 days, and then 30 mins of jelqing but no clamping 3 days?

I doubt that anyone has tried that routine,as it does sound a bit complicated. Unless you are fairly experienced in this, it should be best to start off with say a couple of the exercises and then gradually add them to the routine

After doing the routine you should be able to detail any improvements or problems you have had using the routine.

But as I say build up the routine gradually.
