My routine, evaluate it

My routine, evaluate it

Well as of today, 2months PEing i have seen no gains, my current routine is warm-up, 50 jai stretches, 50(10 sec each) DLD blasters and 10 minutes flaccid to 70% jelquing.

I want to gain lenght first and i would appreciate any input or suggestions.

I also have been PEing (consistently) for about 2 months and I also have not seen any gains. I have followed the newbie routine almost verbatim and my attitude has been pretty good. This forum really makes me think that eventually anybody can benefit from PE. The only thing that I have noticed is a little better flaccid hang.

Have you been steadily increasing the length and intensity of your routines over the past two months? This is also an important part of making gains. You have to keep your dick guessing over time by changing up the amount, intensity and variety of your PE routines.

Very good point. I think this applies to most people too. Whatever you do if it works but eventually stagnates and increase in intensity may be the best area of attack. In the past I have used the same routine with only an adjustment in intensity until I can no longer gain with it.
